    Amazing service. I was greeted upon entering the store, I voiced the type of boot I wanted and in what price range and the worker came back with the perfect pair and UNDER my budget!

    If I could give a no star at all review I would. I've tried twice to buy things at this location and can not seem to get any service what so ever. They need to get employees with alot better customer service skills. There is lack of customer service skills but at this store it is none existent.

    Terrible customer service. But as North Bay has limited shopping options we don't have much of a choice to shop elsewhere...
