“my mom and i absolutely love this shop!! we’ve been shopping here for years and have always loved our experiences here. just a few times i’ve been here, there’s an old lady with short grey hair and glasses who works there and is not kind to me. she is not friendly whatsoever and doesn’t even look up from whatever she’s doing to greet me. she is a very different vibe from the all of other staff, who are all so amazing, friendly, and make the store such a warm environment.”

“Every time I go home to North Bay, I go there. Excellent customer service. Everything is cleaned , pressed and well presented. She goes the extra mile at check out and folds everything neatly, uses tissue paper. Other business could take lessons. I have received plenty of compliments on the outfits. Cheers”
