“This morning (Saturday Feb 3) my daugther and I went shopping for some clothes to take on our vaction, we stopped in to your North Bay store and had such a great morning of shopping and the clerk there a young petite girl help us out , she was knowledgable and very pleasant to us, I informed her that I will be back for my summer wardrobe. Love the Renos they have done.”
“I had a problem making my purchase online ~ I called our local Mark's (in North Bay, ON)& spoke with the nicest woman, her name is Dale. She was kind enough to jot down my items (it was only a few things) and gathered them up for me to go in & pay for them! I was planning free pick up at the store anyway!
I am unable to get out & shop for myself this year & that was such a kind thing for Dale to do.

“In late August my sister and I went into Splurge shortly before closing to buy clothing suitable for our Mother to wear to our brother’s funeral. Maureen greeted us and we explained what our needs were and immediately with assistance from Nancy and Tracy they all began to pull out lovely, suitable styles. We made our choices, which pleased our Mom. We are very grateful for the care and kindness that was shown to us at such a sad time. Thank you!”
