“Normally I do but after going there today after checking Google to your opening time of 10am. The poor sales clerk opened the door at 10:06 to tell us the manager called and said to open at 11 to 7. The clerk asked if she could let us in & manager said no. Why had dear said manager not change opening time on the information page or at least close at 7pm tonight and begin tomorrow at 11. You just lost 2 sales manager!!! Have you changed said time yet???”

“I had the absolute BEST service tonight at the North Bay Mark's store! WOW! I wasn't able to get their names (3 women and 1 gentleman who attends NipU & plays on their soccer team by the looks of his sweater), but let me tell you they were an incredible help finding a 3XL men's long sleeve shirt in a certain colour that was needed within a 1/2 hour.You all saved the day! Our concert went without a hitch and the gentleman who needed that dress shirt was thrilled with it. He fit right in with the rest of the band :)On behalf of the North Bay Pipes & Drums, I thank you!”
