This place was horrible, I brought in my headphones for a quick repair of the pause button and the guy charged me $78 and left a wire hanging from the sides, and completely broke the battery from the headphones so I lost a headset that’s worth $200.

My Peachtree amplifier broke - I purchased it at Bay Bloor Radio so I brought it there for service. They said - discontinued so we can't fix it. I contacted Peachtree - they said the same. I brought it to Absolute - Konstantin repaired it and it didn't cost me a fortune! Excellent service, thanks!

Basically my touchscreen radio was broken, he said he knew how to fix it and ordered the new part for it, he asked me to give him a deposit for it (the cost of the part was around few hundred bucks). Long story short he didn’t fix it, he literally said it’s fixed but gave me back the broken radio. the radio still did not work, but the best part was that he refused to refund the money and said it’s not his problem which is hilariously outrageous. $300 bucks waisted for nothing. This guy is a fraud and he doesn’t care at all.
Update: I saw a similar review on Yelp, looks like this guy really does it on a regular basis.

Had a broken key fob which would’ve cost $100+ to replace. Took it in to see if anything could be done… to my surprise, the owner said to come back in 20 mins.
I was incredibly surprised at the care and skill displayed by the owner. He even replaced the battery. Fob works like new!
(If the store is not open at the posted time… just give it a few mins… it’s worth the wait ;)
I would definitely recommend the repair shop to family & friends.

Konstantine has been servicing my electronics for 25+ years.
In a throwaway society,he is old school,will try his best to fix a reciever, TV,speaker,any electrical,electronic item.
He is always been fair,honest,straightforward with us.
He is the last of a dying breed of technicians. Try to salvage something, instead of just pitching it.
Keep up the good work Konstantine!

My mechanic gave me his number when my car (Mazda 3) TCM (transmission Control module) broke down. He said he fixed it but it did not work when I picked it up and replaced on my mazda and he won't refund my money and said he spent 3 hours. What kind of business logic is that ?.. He can spend 3 minutes and I will be happy if it is fixed ! Finally I gave up talking to the unscrupulous owner and bought a used tcm from eBay to get my car running again. Beware, this person has no moral ethics nor conscience !

absolutely (pun intended) the worst service i have ever experienced brought in my 90 inch tv he told me i needed the main board charged me $250.00 for a new one. waited a month. i finally had enough went in to see the progress he told me the board he ordered didn't work. i couldn't believe it. i demanded my TV back witch was in pieces. brought it to the nearest waist disposal and chucked it. I'm out $250.00 live and learn

tldr: Unprofessional.We gave our tv to this business in June of 2022. After 2 months it broke once again, and because it was within the 3 months warranty they took it back for another repair.Calls became monthly as we inquired the estimated time of completion for this job. The owner became hostile: hanging up, yelling at our family members and berating us that the part required was still in process.When after 6 months of exasperating and disrespectful calls proved no solution, we requested that the tv and service fee be returned to us. It was only then that miraculously the tv was available for pickup.When we received the tv back. It was still in bad shape. The tv back wasn't closed properly, there is still grey burnout as well as new white spots along the edges.I called the owner personally to which I was told "I am an engineer, do not tell me how to fix." My verbatim response, "We are not criticizing your work, we simply are asking that you meet us halfway and return half of the service fee, if not, we will pay you for the part you had to buy."I was met with a slew of depraving slurs and he insisted that the tv was already unfixable from the get-go and that we actually owed him more money for the time he spent on it. (If it was a lost cause why would he insist on working on it).If there is anything to be said, the costumer service and way of handling my family is truly unforgivable. Language barrier aside, nobody deserves to be verbally harassed.edit: Would also like to add that we were willing to give him the tv for parts in exchange for the service fee returned and not only did he refuse, he continued to say we were insulting his hard work.
