The owner is very personable! I came to have the metal and stone of my ring appraised. He looked at it carefully and quickly told me the carat of the metal, the carat of the diamond, and even the quality! I had a certificate for the ring, but he appraised it perfectly without looking at it! There were many other gemstones on display as well. I'm really glad I found a reliable jeweler! I recommend it to everyone!

It's a good thing investing with Zozozon but there are unreal Zozozon brokers they stole a lot from me 4months ago my grand mom has refer me to to file a compliant to '' wikihelpdesks on gmail '' for a successful recovery i hope am doing the right thing. i hope i get a respond here.

The best jewellery store with so many options and choices.
They are so patient kind and helpful. Prices are more than fair as their pieces are such wonderful quality.
Every time we have gone in, we are always so very impressed!
I have had many of my passed down pieces fixed or altered and they always do something for free even though I want to pay.
Wonderful explanations as well. I love how proud they are and they should be.
I feel like I’ve learned and understand a bit more about the ins and outs of jewellery, metals, gems and design.
Sidenote, they are always dressed so smartly, it’s a pleasure to come in and say hello!

Came to Arax for an emergency cutting off my stuck Cartier trinity ring. Not only was it stuck, but it was 3 rings stuck together. 10/10 service from Arax in handling my situation and helping me relieve my swollen finger. ?

I came here to get my earrings fixed after they accidentally went through the washing machine. I wasn’t hopeful they’d be able to salvage them, but the team was determined. They were very professional, and even though they weren’t able to repair them, they did everything they could to help. They refunded my deposit. I really appreciate their efforts, and would definitely recommend Arax to anyone in need of jewellery repair.
