Go there to get a bank draft. The teller ask a lot of question and tell me that they do not have bank draft paper, they could do wire draft. If you can not do, PLEASE SAY IT AT FIRST!

I have been a loyal BMO customer for over a decade, but my recent experience at this particular branch has been nothing short of disastrous. Three weeks ago, their ATM machine swallowed my money, and I'm still waiting for the issue to be resolved. Despite visiting the branch in person and leaving multiple voicemails, no one has bothered to return my calls. To make matters worse, when I was at the branch, I was assured that my money would be deposited back into my account, but alas, no action has been taken.The tellers at this location seem inexperienced and unprofessional. It's bewildering how a bank of BMO's reputation could allow such a lapse in customer service. This was only my second visit to this branch, and it has solidified my decision to stay away for good. If you value your time and money, I'd advise avoiding this location at all costs. Their lack of responsiveness is unacceptable.

I had one of the best banking experiences at this branch with sheyda she helped me out and took care of all the stuff i needed very experienced employee wish we could see more people like her at other branches

The service was fast but a lot of the necessary steps were missing, including giving me a debit card. And they used a random phone number for my account. Good job on protecting BMO clients’ security by registering random numbers on their accounts.

Waiting time will kill you if you have anything to do with the tellers , i see people can't stand the waiting time in the line and they are leaving

Terrible service unprofessional I do baking with BMO but not much most of my banking do other because of service very poor @ BMO Hillcrest mall & here 4797 leslie st walk in spoke to lady her name was shady the way she talk like I owe her or ...thats reason don't wanna do any business or saving with BMO honestly other bank never have any issues & even teller help U much so don't even want to see adviser shame

Slow service. No concept of serving customers in timely manner.Website is not up to par, forcing you to go to the bank and sit in line while Staff meander about not asking to help.

They are not qualified even to get a 1star at this willowdale branch. They gave me a worst experience of the bank service in my life.Especially, I felt some discrimination from a black male who is one of a bank teller.I and my husband opened a new account at this branch. And we have visited to this place once in a month at least. Usually I use a ATM machine but I needed to get a service of bank window today.It was around 1:10pm. One customer was working with a teller and 2 staffs were decorating with flags. I was waiting in line and I thought that the process will not take long. Because 3staffs were there and the customer was only me. I kept waiting in line but the other customer's job didn't finish soon and 2 staffs didn't care of me. I kept standing there alone for 15minute and I started to confuse if they opened or not. At that time, one of staff went to her bank window continuing her decration job. I asked to her that "Did you open a bank or not yet? " She said that they open 9am. So I asked her again. "Why nobody don't take care of me?" She said that because it is lunch time.There was no any sign of their break time even in website and the customer who came first than me was getting a service. I couldn't understand the situation they showed me, Anyway she started to work with me. I told her what I want to do. But she said her computer system doesn't work so other teller who still working with the other customer should take care of me. The young lady teller was not ready to care of customer yet and the other teller was busy to care her customer. I who was only customer at that time was waiting over 20 minutes for getting a very very simple job. At the moment that I couldn't get any service from the both of tellers, other teller who is black male teller came to his place. His attitude was a little bit cold and I thought all of tellers here are very unkind and indifferent. I told him that I needed and he was checking a few things. My English is not fluent so sometimes I miss some words. He asked to me something and I answered him but it was not the answer of his question. So I catched it quickly and I answered him again. When I missed his question, he was sneering on his face covered with a mask. I felt very upset of his attitude of sneering in the face of someone. Even I felt he is treating with a discrimination to the poor language customers.There were 3 staffs at that time. But I didn't get a any service over 20minutes even though there was only me at that time. The young lady was not check up her computer system first and only then did she realize her computer problem in front of the customer. She said their slow service is caused from their lunch time. But I think they just were not ready to give a service to customer.Experiencing their very rude and unkind service attitude, I and my husband, we feel strongly to discard this BMO account in my heart right now and never come back to your bank. Especially I think the black male teller with very rude and arrogant attitude to the customer need to be educated about service attitude for other customers. He made a very big mistake he shouldn't do on his position.I hope that very unpleasant and unprofessional situation will not happen again in your place. And no more treating with sneering and unwelcoming to customers.

Bmo Credit Card Telephone Banking is the worst than any bank. Waiting time is 1 5 to 2 hrs but i stay till 3 hrs still nobody pick up the phne. If there is less rhan 1 star that is where Bmo credt card customer service is

Was a worse experience I ever had at this branch I was stayed there over half hour to get cash from my account she asked for my driving license and she left over 20 mins with her manager and asked more security questions and again she left and keep me there with out any answered I don't understand manager is retired or they don't know their job or they don't care about customers time even i told them i cant wait any more and have to go teller only said ok !!!! And even not her or her manager apologized to me or explained what was the problem!!!!! Btw im not come back there any more and I'm very surprised to see that kind of customer service from BMO bank !!

I have tried on two occasions now to have a virtual meeting with the financial planner at this location.... Angelina Liang | Financial Planner, Investment and Retirement Planning. On both occasions, this planner is not prepared or ready to conduct the meeting due to some issue.Total waste of my time, poor customer service.Avoid dealing with this financial planner.... you will only be disappointed.

They asked me every single time to switch to online banking when I'm paying my bills in the bank, I specifically told them I need paper statements...
