This was our first experience with Centrom. Both simon and Luisa were super helpful. Luisa stood with me until the movers had moved everything in the storage. She was very courteous to me and the movers. Great experience. Highly recommend

Really great customer service, they were responsive and easy to get in touch with at all times. Made our cross canada move a little easier knowing the storage company wasnt going to give us any issues.

This facility is so friendly and helpful. I have used Apple Storage in the past and when I found out this was managed by them I knew I was in good hands. Dealing with Luisa whom is the site manager was an absolute pleasure and she made it a stress free sign up. She put me in a unit really close to the elevators so that it would be easy for my move when I asked about boxes she had a whole display out in front and even gave me a discount for spending over $40! Good and HELPFUL customer service is rare to find so I wouldnt look any further, this is an amazing location.

My family has used this place multiple times over the years and it has always been a great experience. I have used U-Haul storage facilities in the past but I was often unhappy for various reasons. Non of those were an issue here.
Simon at the front desk is super helpful.
The location is clean and well organized.
They have dolys to help move items and a freight elevator for easy access.
I'd recommend this facility to anyone.
