Very fast and helpful staff! My number one choice will be this branch from now on. They showed and alternative and quick solution rather than another branch at Bayview and Cummer which on the opposite make it seem difficult by providing only one option. Thank you so much!

Hi CIBC. As a customer, I can tell you that it makes for a poor experience when you say “cash at atms only” but then you fail to provide 24/7 access to your atms.Now they are only available during regular banking hours.There are still many businesses that are cash only, and now I have to drive further to get my cash.I’m not sure why you’ve taken this approach, but it certainly is not a customer first solution.Please reconsider 24-7 access to atms.

In a small plaza, glad there is a CIBC bank. The parking lot is a squeeze but still not annoying.Edit April 10 2023Parking near the CIBC bank looks like it is better.I liked this ATM because you could go to it at anytime. Now, they changed and they closed the doors where you no longer can use the ATM after 8pm. I think it is extrememly disappointing because I have come to use the ATM sometimes after midnight. Why? This is such an inconvenience. I didn't know where the next nearest CIBC atm was for me to go to. So I had to use a convenience store atm where they charge an extra $3.50. Very frustrating.The least I think the bank can do is, let the customer know on the window where you posted the NEW and INCONVENIENT hours for the customer and CONVENIENT hours only for the bank where the next CIBC atm available is after 8pm. So the customer can go there and not have to deal with any service charge fee. If I had known where the next nearest CIBC atm machine was that was open 24hours, I would have gone. Not everyone has data on the phone. I had a GPS however you put in CIBC and it gives you the one you are at.Please, make it easier for the customers. Make the atm available 24hours again.Sorry, so because of this my 5 star is now a 1 star

ATM is not open 24 hours like most CIBC locations. This is especially annoying because they are a ‘cash only at ATM’ branch.

Our experience was extremely good.We booked our appointment and reached 10 mins prior to it.Catherine Cui was the representative who helped us. She was really helpful and guided us in our queries.They were managing customers well. Welcoming and friendly staff.

I'm not sure why this branch gets such a bad rap on Google. Perhaps this is from several years ago. I've been using the branch for various things since 2019 and it was great and constantly improving in all aspects. I also like how cash isn't kept in branch anymore and there's a push to get everyone to use the machines. That leaves the newly renovated space for some of the politest and best client services across all types of services. Also super kind and respectful, even returns your card with two hands. Good job team!

Used to be good place to visit before.Probably management changed since last year. When you enter in the mornings there is loud rap music from the managers room and they don't want to work with customers send you back telling that there is no professional staff right now to help you and we will call you back even if you had made appointments. Is there any central management controlling these guys?
