They were very helpful with my problem and went direct to the point. I’d be good if they had more people working there, bc i had to wait like 4 minutes in the line, but the experience overall was great.

Terrible service. I opened an account here with their $300 promotion, they didn’t deposit the money in my account after 8 months, when I went to ask about it I was told to just close the account. Avoid at all costs

If I could give a 0 rating, I most definitely would. I have been banking with CIBC, this branch specifically for nearly a decade and it seems as if the service continues to deteriorate. They have no respect for anyone who does not visually fit their standard and expectations. To be referred to as "those kids" when I come in for an investment appointment, to not be address respectfully much less have my name pronounced correctly, to have my entire investment set up incorrectly to the extent that I was charged fees for their mistakes is just wrong. I reached out to voice my concerns and all that I was given was a "sorry you had a terrible experience." No sincerity, no interest in their customers, not even an offer to reserve the fees I was charged for their mistakes. I'm glad I closed my investment account with CIBC. Long-term, I will be leaving this institution entirely. Seems as if loyalty means nothing if you don't fit their monetary picture as a client there. Go to another branch if you don't have the option of going else where.
