The queue is always there no matter what time you go. Expect to wait for at least 10 mins. However, Michael was able to help us with our debit and credit card problems. Straightforward and clear explanation.

Worst experience I had with CIBC today, I was given an appointment with advisor " Hannah" so I showed up on time. I had to wait 25 minutes and asking several employees to see if someone else can help me as advisor didn't look like to care about my time. Manager was not available, and no body looks like to know what customer service standard, no courtesy whatsoever. Finally when I went to her office another employee shows up and talk to her in Chinese in front of me, I am at CIBC branch not a Chinese bank so it's important to speak in english.at the end I was handed a paper as supporting document which is a legal document with no envelope. Grocery mom and pop shop would have better business manner and process. Unprofessional from top to bottom written all over steps at this branch. I have been banking with CIBC for long years, now I am having second thoughts about CIBC but for now at least I know will never go this branch ever again. Horrible customer service.

Teller at TD and Scotiabank is able to verify, activate, and change my banking information but the tellers here cannot. They schedule you with a person in a separate office. Two of the three of those people were not serving a customer but can not serve someone because it has to be scheduled even when their original customer did not appear to show up. Don't come here if you want anything done. The tellers do excellent Chinese translation if you can't figure out how to use the ATM to deposit and withdraw cash though.

Update: Comparing to the RBC at Finch & Don Mills, I have to say this location is very clean, well organized, and maybe more professional. The only thing I don't like is Eddy called me a couple of times. I don't want to get insurance, I'm not interested in open other accounts, and I hope I can opt out.

I am over the age of getting my money order without charge..and I was told that i had to pay.. When I ask for the Manager ..I had a long wait that I walked out the bank..

They made me to another branch. Obviously, this branch couldn't provide any service. Teller seems lack of professional knowledge. No greetings to customers at all.
