Love the location but this one cashier is constantly rude. I was trying to retrieve my winning from Circle K’s RPS game and asked for help but the guy just stood there and gave a head bop. Like hello, someone is trying to ask for help. ~_~ 👎👎

This store is extremely sketchy and super cramped. It’s way too expensive for what it offers. Prices don’t match the labels—I got charged $16 for 4 ice creams that were marked 2 for $5, which is absolutely insane. Total rip-off !!!

K Patel is disgusting rude and unprofessional. Such a simple job but has no manners to deal with customers. I use this location regularly and have never seen him before or had a problem with any other staff as everyone else is very personable. Retrain immediately. Or if he doesn't want to work there he shouldn't

Hubby is obsessed with Circle K games as they provide him with a high probability of obtaining free stuff. One of the prizes includes free or $1 coffee, but can be redeemed for a tea, specialty coffee or hot chocolate. Many of the Circle K locations have Tim Hortons built within them. This location is a free standing convenience store, which has a coffee machine available. The staffer was friendly and asked us to scan our barcode before redeeming our free beverage. My nephew was with us, so he opted for the hot chocolate. It's pretty standard machine hot water-based hot chocolate but you could add creamer or milk if you wanted to make the drink creamier and less sweet. I also discovered that they carry Circle K branded spicy dill rippled chips, which is something I haven't seen at the other Circle K locations that I frequent. This store seems to be pretty well stocked and offers some refrigerated food options, unlike some of the gas station affiliated locations.

Staff need to be retrained. I paid with card for milk including a 25c milk jug deposit, but when I went to return it, they were insisting on just giving me a quarter instead of refunding me back to my card. If you're gonna charge a deposit you should be able to return it to the original payment method used, otherwise don't charge a deposit at all. It's literally pressing buttons, it shouldn't be that hard. And sometimes they randomly lock the door too when it's supposed to be 24 hrs

If I could give zero star I would. I’m not expecting like great customer service or anything but just a bit of decency and manners would be great!
