Over the past four days I have visited this store to return an Amazon parcel, but the same employee has repeatedly refused to accept it, claiming the system was not working and offering no alternative solution; this repeated refusal, lack of communication, and unwillingness to help represents the poorest customer service.

The cashier was very dismissive, tried to return my amazon package. Says oh system doesn't work at the moment, go find another gas station for returns. South Asian male staff. Bit disappointed.

The cashier named Pershanta (not sure of the spelling) at Circle K was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. He clearly doesn’t know how to talk to customers, his attitude was disrespectful, lazy, and careless. He was standing there doing nothing, showing no interest in helping anyone. Someone like him shouldn’t be working in customer service because he gives the store a terrible image.

The name ABIJET (counter boy) he is the worse guy. He doesn’t know how to talk with there guest. I hope I never see him again at that store. If the owner is reading this comment please take this comment seriously, thank you hope you understand.

Came here this morning, it was cold and freezing. My friend and I waited for the Tim Hortons inside to open up and once they did, they served us with fresh hot coffee and tea.
The staff there treated us fairly and fine, didn't make much of a hassle when we were walking inside the store. The cashier at that time (4:50 AM January 12th 2025) let us stay inside the store, when it was freezing outside, even though we weren't necessarily purchasing a lot of items.
Tim Hortons guy was chill too, we were his first order ha-ha.
In other news, the store has a wide variety of foods and drinks, all are well in stock and fresh.

Cashier told me about a buy one get another half off or something at checkout, nice customer service,
