Dear Circle K Team,
I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received at your location on October 17th around 10:34 PM when I came to drop off an Amazon return.
Your employees were incredibly courteous, patient, and helpful — even that late at night. They didn’t just process the return quickly; they went above and beyond by preparing a new box to ensure my package could be accepted properly. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made a big difference after I had a poor experience at another Circle K earlier the same evening.
Please pass along my appreciation to your staff working that shift. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out and reflected the kind of customer service every Circle K should aim for.

Saed- cashier is rude and will not call other locations to find out where slushies are serves. Told me tp do it myself - even though store was empty!!!

Sumeet needs to be fired — terrible customer service at this Circle K
Every time I walk in, it’s the same story: no hello, no eye contact, no basic courtesy. Sumeet acts like he’s doing customers a favour just by standing there. No smile, no greeting — just a grumpy attitude and silent judgment.
What’s worse? He carries himself like he owns the place, but forgets he’s an employee — and a rude one at that. The ego is unreal, and it shows in the way he talks (or rather, doesn’t). If I wanted silent stares and attitude, I’d shop with mannequins.
If Circle K cares about customer retention, they need to seriously reconsider who’s representing them at the front counter.

I visited the Circle K at 1309 Lawrence Ave E, North York, on April 13, 2025, around 10:30 PM. I had a terrible experience with two staff members, Axat and Bunty Pandie, who were extremely rude, unprofessional, and had no understanding of how to assist customers properly. Their attitude was disrespectful and made the entire experience frustrating.
I expected at least basic customer service and professionalism, especially from a well-known brand like Circle K. I do not recommend this location and hope the company takes serious action against staff like this.

I like the touch free car wash here plus always a person there to get the dirt out with power hose before the wash! Best!
