I can't speak for other people's experiences, but I had no problems with making occasional small purchases and using the key cut service for duplications. This convenience store is inside an enclosed shopping area next to Novotel Hotel, and the full building is connected to the underground North York Centre Station.

I love this place i go there almost every day its not a scam like other convenient stores and the people are so nice
