“Looking for a place in my area that could do an alteration on my suit, I found myself at this store. Tucked away in a business district is this European style shop with great recognizable brands and very friendly service. My suit pants were ready in a few days and the alteration was very well done. I've been told you can get a custom suit made here for a very reasonable price and there are other formal and casual clothing items like jeans for men and women.”

“The shoe location was the best thing literally on the block but I went there months ago and the location only carrying shoes, boots, slippers as far as your eyes could see no longer exist ? ??. “This is one of the few stores I know with EXCELLENT staff including the managers! All the staff working here are super friendly and always there to help. I frequently visit this location and never had bad experience. HOWEVER, I must say the store needs more staff. The amount of customers I see during all my visits and the number of staff is at their shifts are JUST NOT ENOUGH. Marks needs to work on this; it is not only leaving customers waiting in line for longgg time but also creating a very pressureful work environment for their staff. Marks is a reputable company, I do believe they should take care of their staff and customers. Regardless, I will be visiting this location as I find everyone helpful to me .”

Wow! Shopping here is a shopping with family. All the staff is so helpful and so understanding. So easy to strike up a conversation with anyone in the shop whether it's the owner or an employee everyone treats you the same. I was shopping for clothes for my mom and really and truly I don't think I would have found the selection and received this kind of service anywhere else it was my first go to and I'm so glad because I found everything I needed without having to drive around the GTA looking for anything else. Kudos to all the staff add to the owners. Coming here Feels Like Home”

“Nice place for clothes shopping. Reasonable price. Found what I was looking for may be the reason being it is off-site location and not much people came here for shopping specially on Sunday. This is a big store so you may find your required clothes from this location.There is less staff available here but cooperative as well. You may have to wait for them if you need help.The change room is not that comfortable. There should be a seating in the chairroom to wear clothes and shoes comfortably.Parking is available on the roadside. Overall, it's a good place for shopping.Thank you”

You will not find these dresses at any other stores, even at downtown stores or big highend malls and all at affordable price. You will look like you are wearing designer dresses without the designer prices. Visit and see for your self at the Jane and Finch mall. This store is a hidden gem in the Jane and Finch mall. Support your local stores. As a fashion conscious female it is enjoyable to be able try on and see and feel the apparel prior to purchasing which cannot be replicated with online shopping.”

“I normally try to give 5 star reviews however the service I experienced wasn’t quite there unfortunately. I forgot her name, but it was a lady with dark hair that helped me. She was friendly and greeted me when I walked in the store. However when I wanted to try on a top and told her I wear a small, she gave me an extra small instead. So I asked for a larger size (which was still a small) while in the fitting room, and she gave me another extra small. It wasn’t until the third time was when I actually got the size I wanted. It wasn’t a frustrating experience, just questionable.”

“We were very happy to find this store while visiting Toronto. They have a wonderful selection of Scottish products and I found exactly what I wanted! Tinned haggis (to take back to Australia. ) . We bought Scitch pies that were absolutely delicious and as authentic as I remember, and haggis links we are looking forward to trying!
The tweed clothing and Scottish Willie’s were gorgeous and if I lived in the Canadian weather and not Australia I would have bought so much!”
