“Needed a court shirt for next day. Attended store and was amazed at their inventory of shirts and suits. Got measured and bought the shirt. Wore it today. The quality is superb and much better than the dozens of previous court shirts I have. Need a new barristers jacket and will be back to Ridolfi’s. Need a couple new suits as well so I will be going back for those too. I cannot forget to mention the incredible service I received from the owner’s son. Thanks for a pleasant experience”

“Nice place for clothes shopping. Reasonable price. Found what I was looking for may be the reason being it is off-site location and not much people came here for shopping specially on Sunday. This is a big store so you may find your required clothes from this location.There is less staff available here but cooperative as well. You may have to wait for them if you need help.The change room is not that comfortable. There should be a seating in the chairroom to wear clothes and shoes comfortably.Parking is available on the roadside. Overall, it's a good place for shopping.Thank you”
“Finally ,after covid I decided to return to store . They have excellent choice of clothes for my needs. I am a Senior. I was looking in particular for a short sleeve cotton sweater to wear over a dress. They had several but not in cotton . The comfort sandals are reasonable priced. Always easy to find a new tablecloth.The staff was helpful. I have a wedding to attend to in the fall.There is a large selection to choose from. Its scary but the fall jackets are already on the racks.A good selection of bras sizes for larger women.”

You will not find these dresses at any other stores, even at downtown stores or big highend malls and all at affordable price. You will look like you are wearing designer dresses without the designer prices. Visit and see for your self at the Jane and Finch mall. This store is a hidden gem in the Jane and Finch mall. Support your local stores. As a fashion conscious female it is enjoyable to be able try on and see and feel the apparel prior to purchasing which cannot be replicated with online shopping.”

“I normally try to give 5 star reviews however the service I experienced wasn’t quite there unfortunately. I forgot her name, but it was a lady with dark hair that helped me. She was friendly and greeted me when I walked in the store. However when I wanted to try on a top and told her I wear a small, she gave me an extra small instead. So I asked for a larger size (which was still a small) while in the fitting room, and she gave me another extra small. It wasn’t until the third time was when I actually got the size I wanted. It wasn’t a frustrating experience, just questionable.”
“I picked up shoes from there that were actually in my size from there recently, but then I realized didn't fit (tried them on at home). Tried to bring them back in and explained the situation, but due to their policy, I wasn't able to exchange them. The lady who dealt with me, the assistant manager, a short lady, was so rude and abrupt, didn't even let me explain fully. I emailed customer service, and they let me know that although exchanges and refunds weren't allowed for ardene liquidation stores, that it was up to the managers discretion. Went back there to see if I could show the assistant manager the email, and to try to speak with her again, but fortunately she wasn't even there, it was the actual manager, and I didn't even end up showing her the email, because when I explained the situation, she allowed me a one time chance to allow me to exchange the shoes, and I was very grateful for that.
That other short lady could have done the same, and actually listened, instead of being so rude. And its worse and more difficult for me because I have a disability and its difficult for me to explain myself a lot of the time. She could definitely learn from the other lady.”

“We were very happy to find this store while visiting Toronto. They have a wonderful selection of Scottish products and I found exactly what I wanted! Tinned haggis (to take back to Australia. ) . We bought Scitch pies that were absolutely delicious and as authentic as I remember, and haggis links we are looking forward to trying!
The tweed clothing and Scottish Willie’s were gorgeous and if I lived in the Canadian weather and not Australia I would have bought so much!”
