They're very patient with me I reached there 2 minutes away from their closing time and they still served me but the google navigation leads you to their former store though good enough they're all on the same floor .

The staff here is so nasty. Today is the new drop-off of the Jellycat Maple Leaf. She came to the shop at around 9:15. She watched almost a hundred of us lining up outside and doing nothing. She knew that they only had 12 in stock but chose not to tell any of us. Even after she spread all the 12 tickets at around 10am, she didn’t tell any of us what had happened, just letting more and more people come and line up for nothing. Compared to almost all of the other shops, their staff told the customer how much stock they have at 9am, and suggested that people go to other stores to see if they can still get it. If the staff here had told us earlier, I could still have had the chance to get the jellycat from other stores.

Today, I walked into the bookstore carrying my personal book. As I was leaving, the storekeeper ran after me, accusing me of not paying for the book I was holding. I calmly explained that it was my own, and when asked if I was sure, I confirmed and even showed my personal bookmark as proof.
It’s disheartening that individuals are made to feel like they must prove ownership of their belongings, especially when it stems from assumptions or a lack of attentiveness. Just because someone is brown does not make them a suspect.
Let’s treat everyone with dignity and kindness — assumptions based on appearance have no place in a diverse and inclusive society like Canada.

Just want to thank one of the employees at cole’s (don’t remember her name) but she provided amazing suggestions for my son. He loves the DC books suggested! Appreciate you taking the time to review options with my friend and I. highly recommend this store for your book and stationary needs!
