I’ve been going to Cute-icles for about 2 years and they never disappoint. I mainly see Kelly. She’s so kind, shapes my nails beautifully and always kills it when I show her my inspo pics. I’ve recommended a good amount of friends who all still come here as well. For the holidays, she gave all her clients this cuticle oil that smells soooo good to take home too :)

I’ve had my nails done here a few times and Kelly never misses. I always leave obsessed with my nails. She listens to what I want, nails the design every time, and gives honest suggestions on shapes that actually suit me. She checks in to make sure everything’s perfect and is happy to tweak anything if needed. Great vibes, great quality, and very reasonable prices.
10/10 recommend booking with Kelly!

Five stars for Kelly! I showed them a reference photo for some nail art and they nailed it (cat eye nails with french tip). The service was fast but didn’t feel rushed, and the pricing is very fair for the quality of work.

10/10 experience. I had an amazing experience at this salon! I came in for a removal and a brand new set, and everything was done so professionally and carefully. I got my nails done by Kelly, and she was absolutely amazing!! so talented, precise, and attentive to detail.
That being said, not just Kelly but everyone there was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. You can really tell the whole team knows what they’re doing. The salon is super clean and comfortable which made the entire appointment feel very relaxing.
The removal was gentle, my natural nails were well taken care of, and my new set came out flawless perfect shape, clean work, and exactly what I asked for. I’m beyond happy with the results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this salon!

Amy was the one who did my nails and they turned out exactly how I wanted them! They were all so very nice to me and I was really grateful they were able to take me in today ❤️ I will definitely be coming back next month. I hope everyone has a happy holidays!

Cuticles has become my go-to salon for many years. The atmosphere is always clean, calming, and professional. Kelly’s attention to detail is unmatched and she consistently delivers flawless nails with a perfect manicure, perfect shape, perfect polish, every single time. She takes her time, listens to exactly what I want, and the results are consistently flawless and long-lasting. Kelly is talented, friendly, and genuinely cares about her work and her clients. I can’t say enough great things about Cuticles! Every visit is amazing, and Kelly is an absolute star. I won’t go anywhere else!

Love this saloon, Wendy does my nails and she is gentle and the nails lasts, my natural nails are intact as well. I like basic nails but she does beautiful art work if that’s your vibe.

After a few years off, I was hesitant to step back into a studio for a gel set due to general concern about my nail health. I’m happy to report that hesitation went right out the window with this team - every single employee has done a killer job with every set, and my natural nails are now growing and healthier than ever even with consistent gel application (which is never bulky!). Every tech pays such close attention to refining every step in the process from filing to polish application, and constantly checks in to ensure we’re on the same page. If anything is ever off, they are more than happy to have you back right away for a quick fix. Kelly has created such a warm and friendly environment in the studio and I look forward to every visit. Once you come in, you’ll never want to visit another nail salon again!

I had the worst nail experience of my life with Kelly, and I feel I need to warn others. I usually go to Hanna, who always does an amazing job, but she wasn’t available before my vacation. Since Kelly is the manager of the salon, I thought I could trust her. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite.
I went in for a bio gel refill with two replacement nails. Kelly filed my nails so aggressively that my nail beds became extremely thin and damaged. Even over two weeks later, I’m still in pain. I can barely cook, clean, or do anything normally because of how sensitive my nails are now.
During the service, I repeatedly told her the nails looked crooked, but she kept filing them in the same wrong direction. She insisted they looked “perfect” from her angle and basically told me that if they looked crooked to me, it wasn’t an issue. Every nail ended up different in shape, size, and angle, and instead of fixing them properly, she added acrylic to the sides to try to fake a straight look.
When I spoke to her afterward, instead of taking accountability, she blamed my nails—saying square nails “don’t suit me” and my nail beds were “crooked.” None of this has ever been an issue with Hanna. She even hung up on me, which is incredibly rude, especially from someone who is supposed to be a manager.
She did ask to come so she could “fix” the issue but literally said there was nothing she could have done other than remove the nails n start fresh. Which I was not up for because I had no time also she didn’t make me feel comfortable enough after hanging up on me to consider that option.
I am honestly tired of nail artists not listening to what clients clearly ask for and then blaming the client for their mistakes.
The pedicure was just as bad. I told her not to dig too deeply into the sides of my toenails, but she ignored me, cut too much, and then applied acrylic on my toenails without asking. The next day, my toe was infected, and it stayed painful my entire trip.
She used 2 piece of brown, old lemon, rubbed it all over my feet, and put an excessive amount of lotion on me—easily over five tablespoons. Nothing about it felt hygienic or professional.
My nails hurt, my toe was infected, and the full set she gave me looked crooked and embarrassing. Instead of enjoying my trip, I was dealing with discomfort and pain every single day.
Because of this experience, I don’t even feel comfortable coming back to see Hanna—someone I absolutely loved—because I never want to deal with Kelly again.
This experience was completely unacceptable. For the prices they charge, the quality, professionalism, and hygiene should be far higher. Instead, I walked out with painful, damaged nails, an infection, and a ruined vacation.
