Horrible service and no customer service at all. I’ve been called DHL express, but the ups store response. How it’s possible that two companies use same number. Was awful, and no helpful.

The staff here are super friendly and respectful. I remember being nervous because I messed up the shipping address, but they were really patient and helped me fill out the form. The whole process was quick and efficient. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism—I'd definitely come back if I need to ship anything again.

I would like to share with you another sad experience with DHL, PEOPLE AVOID THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. Today Friday 20,2023 I was expecting PDF documents, very important documents from Rome Italy, however, I was at home all day long, I even had people in my house who also had been waiting for those documents, but unfortunately, we did not receive them. I got a message that the package had been delivered at 1:30 pm, in the same minute I opened the door and there was no package in the same minute second, no package, but on my phone was a message delivered, moreover, when I opened the link was even the picture, but in the same minute I was front of the dore and no package, I was running down no DHL CAR NO NOTHING, I was trying to call the customer support from 1:30 to 6 pm-DHL can confirm, all afternoon non stop on the phone with the representative, no one is answering nothing, no one was contacting the driver no one was doing absolutely nothing, nothing. This is one of the worse companies, people if you send documents in Canada, avoid this company. Now I need to wait until Monday for someone to contact the driver, to be asked where you left the package, obviously, he will say the front of the door, but I have a camera which shows no one in front of the door, moreover, I have people who also accepted to be witnesses that no one left nothing. This is not the first time DHL has lost the PACKAGE, The problem is shipping from Italy to Toronto, is complicated we do not have too many options obviesly my parents decided to use this one more time with this company, and here we are with the same issue. Another horrible experience with DHL is now being stressed about losing my identity, because, the documents I needed to receive are legal documents, I do not know who has my documents now, and DHL DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR COSTUMERS AT ALL. BUT I AM STRESSED AND I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO, THEY LOST VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS WHICH HAVE VALUEI am waiting until Monday to see what the management will do. OR THEIR DRIVERS DO THE PICTURE AND AFTER STILL THE PACKAGES, WHICH IS NOT NEWS FOR CANADIAN DELIVERY DEPARTMENT
