Do not get helium balloons from here the lady was distracted helping other customers and only tied the knot once. As soon as I stepped outside of the store it flew away and they refused to replace one balloon. She said I did something to it in my car within 5 mins that makes no sense. I still have the string and you can see how loose the knot was.
