Heavy set security guard, African or Somalian yelled at me (from 20’ away, centering me out to other patrons) while paying for my items that I was not allowed to have an unlit cigarette in my mouth.
I assured him it was not lit and my intention was to light it as soon as I exited the store in 5 seconds after paying. He insisted I can’t have it in my mouth. I asked to show me where it indicates that I could not have an unlit cigarette in my mouth. I followed him into the entrance/exit foyer where there was an international sign on the door that indicates no smoking. Explained to him that I was not smoking as the signs clearly explains in the International logo. (Picture of a lit cigarette, in a red circle with a diagonal red stroke through it.) He refused to listen to reason and would interrupt every time I was explaining to him what the signs clearly meant. He walked away refusing to listen. His arrogance is not welcomed and should be spoken to and educated on International sign comprehension. As for his personality, he is lacking couth.
Seems like others on here have complained about him as well. I will now be shopping at the dollarama on the north side of wilson as the store owner/manager has done nothing to rectify his behaviour in the past.

So I get served by this Idian lady right? and tell me why when I asked her if she can remove two of my items because I got it on mistake she rolled her eyed at me and gave me an annoyed look and I think she also said something but I didnt hear properly, like I am just a High School student the customer service is bad.

Had a bad experience yesterday to the point that they told me that they don't take US money, but my whole question is why put something on social media saying that you guys do. I advise you guys not to put false information on Google

I’m beyond angry and disappointed! Every single time I come to your store, there’s this big, intimidating security guard who follows me around like I’m doing something wrong. It makes me feel completely uncomfortable and unwelcome. This is not how customers should be treated!
It’s not just me he follows around other people have left reviews and it’s very obvious. This behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. That security guard needs to be fired immediately. I will be giving this store the lowest rating possible until something is done about it.
Do better for your customers.

Went to this location today to get a toy for my child and I walked in with dollarama resuable bags that were full from doing groceries. A gorilla followed me around the entire store peeking his head everywhere I walked. It was so disgusting and uncomfortable and to make matters worse my child was having a meltdown and every time I looked up a 500 pound security guard who is 1 meal away from being on my 600 pound life was just staring as if I’m stealing. Please get a new one. I’m not sure why I was being targeted but I will never return and I hope I am never followed by a gorilla if I do. 0 stars if it was possible

This store has some of the things I been looking for. I wanted to take a look around the store. I picked up the Jamieson vitamins as what I been to the store from last week. This guy who is an Apo security guy thought I would've took the Jamieson vitamins and put it in my handbag. The answer is no. I wouldn't steal something like that. I go to this store sometimes.
