I wanna say we had a great service....our service advisor Justice was outstanding. He was very diligent and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us.Also their shuttle service with Phillip was outstanding. Phillip was so courteous and just a nice person. We have been buying cars with them over 20 years and they always been helpful. Thank you Justice and Phillip made our day much better.

I thought the sales manager was a cn artist. Then thinking a factory that discount would indice me as well as the old trick the sale is only today..I wouldn't trust this dealer and the financing person is probably under the same rules.These dealerships I stay away from

They refused my offer and didn’t even try to work with me , All they were offering me is factory discount like they were doing me a favour , they are just being greedy and want to make a huge Profit It seems they don’t need my business, for a customer to walk away obviously they don’t want my business .

Suban from the parts department was very helpful and demonstrated amazing customer service. I arrived to pick up some parts for my Jeep and after handing Suban my order sheet he noticed I was double charged for one of the components. He immediately refunded the cost of the part. He also notified me that one of the components is in transit and will arrive soon and offered to reach out once it arrives. I actually really appreciate the honesty and customer service Suban has demonstrated and I will be definitely coming back for more parts. Overall very pleased with the parts department at this location.

Every time I go to this specific dealership, they have the worst customer service. I went there to buy a truck two years ago and to the best of their abilities, were unable to locate the vehicle I needed. No issues with them at this point because although I couldn’t get the truck from them, I believed they made an honest effort. I had since bought a truck from another dealership, way out of my locale and every time I need warranty, general service or assistance they fall flat. Never return calls, never have parts, which is hard to believe since it’s the largest dealership in Ontario. The reason for this review is, a few days ago my rear shocks decided to blow and I called asking the simple question is it covered under warranty…. Instead of answering a simple yes or no, they asked for vin to pull up my vehicle information. No problem, but how does that affect whether or not shocks are covered under warranty? My vehicle is 2 years old so regardless, if it is or it isn’t, it would be under the bumper to bumper warranty. After taking the vin he says he’d call me back. 1/2 hour later no call. I headed over because I live fairly close, and the service advisor who I won’t name simply brushed me off telling me to drive the truck and bring it in tomorrow so they can run a diagnostic. In other words try to get me to pay $180 to tell me what I already know. I came to the realization that they only happily service vehicles that were purchased there or are there for non -warranty service. I’ll never go there or refer anyone to them. End of rant.

I came to the Chrysler dealership this morning for my truck. They let me sign all the papers they call me this afternoon. They said your estimate to change one bolt. For exhaust manifold $1300 I said don’t fix it the end I paid $314 for nothing when you guys came to Downsview Chrysler please be careful don’t sign all the papers even if you don’t let them fix your car they still charge you money. I spoke to the lovely girl helping me she’s so nice she said I’m just a middle person I cannot do anything. Don’t come to downsview Dealer fixing cars or talk to them be careful. Don’t try to explain what happened today. Why don’t you guys give me a call. Talk to me directly. You guys didn’t spend two hours. This morning I already explain. What is the problem it’s OK I’m not coming back to you guys anymore.

I don't even know where to begin. I brought my car here to the mechanic shop to change the oil and to see why my car seat doesn't move. I waited 8 hours inside the shop to receive my car and when I couldn't wait anymore I went to the mechanic and ask them about my car. They said that they cannot fix my car for today and the car need to stay for another day and I ask him why you didn't said anything about that I have been waiting for 8 hours here. He said that I'm sorry I had others car and I forgot. I understand people makes mistakes that's okay but to wait 8 hours? unacceptable.

Worst service department experience. Waited 2 hours past appointment time to take car into shop. Listened to a bunch of worthless excuses for delays. Needed a brake bulb which they did not have in stock, but charged $50 for not changing it and called it an inspection fee. Such primitive practices and Shane minces his words to confuse you. Would never return and discourage anyone to deal there. Also 15 minutes to pay a bill is wrong. They shuffle paper from one employee to another, maintaining job security.

I don't even know where to begin. Brought my car here to get looked at. Took about 2 weeks. I gave them my budget, yet this was not taken into consideration. I had to spend more then I could afford. Once I got my car back, the condition my car was left in was unprofessional- mechanics left coffee cups and food amd did not dispose of the trash. As soon as my car left the shop, I had to have it towed back because somethings were overlooked. This took another week or so because of they had to order a part. If I had not brought up my concerns to the manager, they would have charged me for the things that were overlooked. I do not recommend this place.

The best!Downsview chrysler is amazing! It's a real family environment. They took care of me well, I made some friends, I was really impressed with their service. They are truly outstanding professionals. That's the only dealer in the city that will have two sevice advisors clean you wind sheld after an oil change because it was a little dirty. Lol !! Thanks for this awesome experience. Champs!Ps.Feels like I joined a community where everyone drives by and waives at each other. It's really amazing. Im very happy. The process was so fast, im really greatfull for that.This is my second time buying a new car and the other place was terrible at customer service. Starts with F end in D. Total garbage, and I regret it the whole time. But supper happy now!!I can't thank you guys enough!
