Great disappointment - the official repair place for Samsung warranty service - in comparison to Samsung stores, this is a a huge disappointment. Parking spots surface afront the store is very uneven, be very careful if you have a walking disability. Upon arrival the monitor was checked and immedeately I was blamed for not having selected the right settings, yet they could't prove me wrong with their substandard testing device.. I waisted 20 minutes to prove to them that they are wrong with pictures I have taken from the display. They finally replaced the motherboard on the monitor which took 14 days to complete. When I got the monitor back the screen was covered in what looked like greasy fingerprints. The place itself looks like a workshop set-up in a garage. Maybe Samsung does not pai them enough to appear professional. They certainly need training in customer service and relations. This experience made me aware to check out certified service establishments before buying another brand name monitor. Very disappointed in Samsung.

Not customer service oriented and left me with the impression that they do not want my business. They refused to assist today and told me to "call back next Wednesday and book an appointment to come in for an assessment." I mention that I was a repeat customer but that was met by silence from the CSR. No problem, I took my business to a service centre in Mississauga

Not recommended!
I had a bad experience with their service. They didn’t know how to do the repair and they claim there is no issue with the device! ? Just a waste of time! ☹️

Terrible customer service. They are running a scam. I had issues with my TV and Samsung forward them my service ticket. A guy named Bill came the first time, kept saying that there was an issue with the Wifi and then said it was an issue with the motherboard and said he has repaired it. Started facing the same issues again in a day. Reached out to the customer service again, the guy came again, said it was an issue with the remote and left.
Even though we have already got our remote replaced. The next day I get an email from Samsung that my service call has been cancelled. After following up with Samsung, they told me that the store is waiting to hear back from me and they didn't get in touch with me to visit for the repair, when the guy had already visited my house. Guess they are waiting for the warranty period to end the fix the tv.

They Diagnosed my T.V wrong After I found nothing was wrong with my T.V.They charged me $80 to Check the T.V and Said I will pay $1116 +Tax for repair. I Seek Second Opinion nothing was wrong with My T.V My T.V was fine.

Not sure why this place is called Dupont Downtown when it is nowhere near Dupont or Downtown lol. Anywho, I just wanted to write this review because these guys saved us over $1600! I asked them how much it would be to fix the backlights for a 75” Samsung TV and they were honest with me and said that large of a screen cannot have backlights fixed and would cost more than the price of the TV to fix. The man, I think his name is Simon, suggested that I call my credit card company as they provide insurance for these incidents since the TV was only 1.5 years old but out of warranty. I filed a claim and guess what! My credit card company reimbursed the entire price of the TV. We only got a diagnostics report done by Dupont Downtown for $50 and the credit card handled the rest. We would’ve never thought of reaching out to the credit card if Simon hadn’t suggested so. These guys are honest people who aren’t just greedy for money. We are forever grateful for their honest business.thank you!!!

If you're willing to pay at least $500 for the repair go ahead, never again. I went to pick up my tv without making an appointment, the man says I had to make an appointment because my tv could be disassembled 2 mins later he comes out with my tv

March 14 2023. Samsung warranty gave my case to this place. Even though it took almost a week for them to contact me. The repair man Bill called and he was here the next day replacing the led panel on my 75" in my living room. In less than an hour he had my tv stripped apart in 100 pieces and back together again. He was quick, carful and knowledgeable. 5 stars. Thanks Bill.
