bad service, rude on the phone. I have no idea why LG Canada transferred me over to this company for a computer monitor repair. They wanted to charge me just to get a quote for a part. really?

They Diagnosed my T.V wrong After I found nothing was wrong with my T.V.They charged me $80 to Check the T.V and Said I will pay $1116 +Tax for repair. I Seek Second Opinion nothing was wrong with My T.V My T.V was fine.

Not sure why this place is called Dupont Downtown when it is nowhere near Dupont or Downtown lol. Anywho, I just wanted to write this review because these guys saved us over $1600! I asked them how much it would be to fix the backlights for a 75” Samsung TV and they were honest with me and said that large of a screen cannot have backlights fixed and would cost more than the price of the TV to fix. The man, I think his name is Simon, suggested that I call my credit card company as they provide insurance for these incidents since the TV was only 1.5 years old but out of warranty. I filed a claim and guess what! My credit card company reimbursed the entire price of the TV. We only got a diagnostics report done by Dupont Downtown for $50 and the credit card handled the rest. We would’ve never thought of reaching out to the credit card if Simon hadn’t suggested so. These guys are honest people who aren’t just greedy for money. We are forever grateful for their honest business.thank you!!!

If you're willing to pay at least $500 for the repair go ahead, never again. I went to pick up my tv without making an appointment, the man says I had to make an appointment because my tv could be disassembled 2 mins later he comes out with my tv

I had an excellent experience with Technician Gagan. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. My TV had a display issue that other technicians couldn't fix, but he quickly identified the problem and had it repaired in no time. The technician explained the issue to me in a way that was easy to understand and even gave me some tips to prevent similar problems in the future. I'm thrilled with the quality of service I received and would highly recommend his expertise to anyone in need of TV repair. Thanks again for a job well done!

Checking the reviews I guess it either works or it doesn’t for them. As for me I had a really good exp with Peter. He went inside our home, was extremely respectful and took off his shoes, took some pics of the broken panel, got the relacement panel from his car for our TV still in warranty, and proceeded replacing the entire thing in no time. It’s been a few days and it’s still working like new. No complaints. Also kind of amazed it looked like there’s more of the TV that was replaced that what was retained.

Had LG warranty service , they sent meTechnician Gagan. He was very quick, careful and knowledgeable. In 10 minutes replaces speaksers and system board on TV (which had defective sound since the first day). Now everything works great. Excellent technician 5 stars.

Very bad service ! Rude on phone! Technician spent 2 min on my new smart tv 82 inches , he couldn’t find problem , he said better change tv !!

Had service done 2 years ago where someone came in to check my tv and had it fixed by them immediately. Called this company again after being referred from Samsung and they said my warranty is up so it would cost $80 for them to look at it and then an additional cost to repair it??? There was a thunderstorm and now my Samsung tv is flerking . How awful and then Simon on the phone was extremely incompetent and not helping at all ! Customer service isn’t the greatest here

Incompetence here, my TV lasted for 2 weeks after the repair and now they want more money.customer service could not be worse! BTW, nice "5 Start Reviews" instead of making then up, why not improve on your customer service skills? To much pridefullness?This place is a joke, go ahead, waste your time and money here!NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED!

I was referred by the Samsung customer service. Its terrible customer service. I called them and was trying to explain the issue which I had with my TV. The rep was too confusing and hard to make him understand the issue and talking way too technical. I understood it will charge me as much as the TV cost to diagnose and fix the issue. I wonder how Samsung gave them as the authorized center.
