The best shopping experience my friends and I have had in a while. The NICEST and most HELPFUL staff on this planet. We were greeted at the door and said goodbye too when we left. They remembered our names and helped us with the change rooms and sizes. I’m just so in awe of the service, made our day!! Lots of love from Serena, Tazeen and Ariana!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY SCAM YOU! I placed an order and I never received my shipment. The agent said she would have a supervisor give me a call, but I never received any calls back for over two weeks now. Once you place an order with this company, they just disappear and refuse to respond to you. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SHIPMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT RESPONDING AT ALL. I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALLS FROM ANY SUPERVISOR, DESPITE MY REPEATED REQUESTS FOR OVER 2 WEEKS NOW. I STILL HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED A REFUND.

Came in today and tried a liaac dress and yiceth helped me so much by adjusting the dress. She was so nice and her happy energy really made my day. She helped me find options for coverage and really did eveything she could to make my experience wonderful, even with a dressing room full of clients! She’s greatly appreciated

I am a regular costumer of Dynamite and specially this location however I had a very disappointing experience today when I went back to return an item. The lady in register told me earrings are final sale which is totally understandable I just asked why didn’t they let me know if it at the time of purchase. She then said she’s gonna get her manager . The manager came and without even saying hi said “earrings are final sale and the person who sold you told you or they should have” in the rudest manner possible. I honestly don’t care about the return but she could’ve been more polite with it. Don’t feel comfortable coming back.

I shopped here with my wife. She bought, Emm I don't know what to call that dress ?, but something really nice on her. Quite impressed with the quality and the wide variety of choices (from a guys point of view ?). But the true highlight was the service. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. A big thank you to them! We'll definitely be back for more shopping soon.

Awful experience. Got jeans 2 days ago, came back home, tried them at home and they didn’t actually fit well. Tried to return it - they didn’t accept because I removed labels. Are you serious? I literally got them 2 days ago. They told me they look they were worn. Of course they will!!! U guys realize that amount of people try on stuff in your store but not always buy? Will never ever get anything from that company and don’t recommend you either

I love Dynamite as a brand, they have nice styles at affordable price and great sale. 2 stars for the lack of customer service here. Been there couple times, but every single time the ladies (different ones) worked at the cash registry gave me the feeling that they really hated working there and just simply don’t care…now I’m thinking maybe better off buying online.
