East West Futons sells a wide range of nice futons, to my eyes they have better build quality than many of the things you'd find from other online retailers. Justin was really helpful in helping sort out a few challenges with the delivery of our futon frame. Great and personable communication, I would recommend East West if you need a quality futon.

I bought my futon in the Medina frame almost a year ago now and it remains so comfortable as both a bed and a sofa! Whenever I have guests sleep over they always comment how they had a good night's sleep. The frame is beautiful and great quality wood, and the furniture is light enough that I can easily pull it away from the wall to vacuum behind my sofa. Very friendly service in the store too.

Overall good experience. The boxes that arrived were heavily damaged. I would definitely suggest shipping the tatami mats in thicker boxes, as they were incredibly thin, leading to damages to the mats. I wasn’t super happy with the straw being dented on the corners… but it is what it is. The customer service when I ordered was excellent though.

The kids have flown the coop. We needed dual purpose sofa in our spare room. East West is the only Futon store in Toronto. Laid back helpful service from Jason. Nice light shade wood frame, firm double size mattress, mattress protector and very nice mattress cover with upholstery grade front. Reasonable price. Delivered. Easy to get up narrow stairs and into smallish ex-bedroom, now sunny sitting room. See photos! Make sure to watch the assembly tutorial on their website!!! It makes more sense than the paper instructions.

Great customer service. My futon arrived on time and I really appreciated the detailed and easy to follow tutorials about how to assemble it. A much better shopping experience than big box stores!

Great customer service! Sent an email asking about an old mechanism for a futon, got is the same day delivered (thanks to Justin!). All works great, will do business with the store at any time!

Good prices but what really impressed me was their outstanding customer support; Justin in particular was fantastic to deal with. Purchased a Sleep Chest through them and unfortunately ended up receiving a defective product, but Justin promptly worked with the distrubutor and ended up getting the situation resolved while keeping me in the loop every step of the way. I wouldn't think twice before doing business with them again and they really stand by the products that they sell.

I chose the Mission frame in Early American and it is beautifully made. It's super comfortable and the perfect sofa.Thanks to the East West Futons team who were always there to help Friendly, expert frame assembly, fast delivery and amazing products!. Highly recommend.
