Where this esso at 12:15am gas price say 119.9
Just as I pay with my car the guy inside decide to put cancel on the machine.I know thinking there was an issue only few minutes after it was turn back after I tried several times and the price was now 126.9 come on nothing about this is right.Plus esso gas don’t even last in your tank.I was extremely piss .

The person in charge of the night time reject to allow use washroom even the washroom was still on service.
Very bad experience where I came to fuel my car and does not allow me use the washroom
Make sure train your stuff properly than hiring random people

This is the worst Esso service I’ve experienced. One specific employee on shift keeps putting a “washroom not in service” sign every single day. This has been going on for over a year. It’s not a coincidence anymore, it’s a habit.
I fill gas at this station regularly, and every time it’s the same excuse. Customers deserve basic respect, especially at a gas station where washroom access is expected. Refusing service like this repeatedly is unacceptable and feels disrespectful.
Management needs to step in and fix this issue immediately. Loyal customers should not be treated this way.

The soft vlth wash is great. If you get the expensive package it cleans the tires abd rims beautifully.
BUT
THE TOUCHLESS WASH SUCKS.
i tried it today, paid $17. Plus tax to see how good it was, drove out and when i hot home and looked it over, i noticed a cloudy film on the car.
The rims weren't even cleaned.
In order for the paint and rims to shine, i had to clean it with a clean cloth.
Would NOT recommend a touchless carwash there.

The gas station clerk told me he can’t give me a refund seriously
The gas station stole my money
Now I have to go with a dirty car to my customer

Their car wash doesn’t work well and they tell you to use the machine with a brush. I don’t want my car all scratched up so what you’re telling me is I have to have a crappy car wash job done on my car and half my car still dirty and you won’t refund me my money and you want me to use the brush when I don’t like to use the brush on my car. Tell me how that works? They refuse to give you your money back. Avoid this car wash at all cost. The guy told me he needed my receipt when I just came out of the car wash. I don’t have my receipt. You just saw me and I have the car wash receipt. I don’t have the gas car wash receipt. Ridiculous! Terrible customer service. And to top it off, your car wash takes forever and you’re telling me to redo my car wash… I don’t have all day for car washes. Just give me my money so I can go somewhere Or go get a car wash somewhere else where it actually works. I’ll never come back here and I’ll let everybody I know in the area not to come back either.

Don’t buy car wash if you don’t intend to use it the same day at this location.The Manager won’t give you back the car wash if the code expired by even one day.Their solution is to give make you pay for another car wash at 50% (that’s another $10 on top of rhe $20 you already paid)Also, Esso Car wash code can only be used at the location you bought at.Use Petro Canada car wash. better experience and the code can be used at other location.For a luxury car wash that expired by one day, this location has lost a regular customer and probably other family members too.
