WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! The top horizontal brush is completely broken and doesn't rotate, leaving the hood and windshield filthy. This is my second visit with the same result. The management is aware but refuses to fix the equipment or offer a refund, which is a total scam. I have documented the dirt and will be reporting this business to Consumer Protection for charging for services they do not provide. Avoid this place if you value your money and your car!

Great Service at the Gas Station!
Stopped by for gas and was really impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were. The place was clean, organized, and the service was quick. The attendant was polite and made sure everything went smoothly — it’s nice to see people who still care about good customer service. Definitely my go-to spot from now on!

The car wash is often out of service and when it works it’s hit and miss. Staff is not providing accurate information and doesn’t help with it.

Pulled in for gas, left with a full tank and a cold drink—what could possibly go wrong? Spoiler: absolutely nothing. Unless you count me talking to my car like it's a racehorse now. 5 stars for fueling both man and machine.

Why is it your regular gas is more expensive than shell located at lawrence and victoria even cosco and the one at kennedy and lawrence. Is your gas that good lol.

Massive lineups at the car wash. Most of the nearby locations are closed.
Have to visit three different locations, all of which were packed.
If you’re offering car wash services, at least inform your customers about the wait situation and how it’s impossible to wash your car without waiting for hours.
Customers aren’t paying a premium to wait at every Esso.
Other esso location close their car wash completely, and there’s no way to find out.
It’s another waste of time, money, and gas.
This is disappointing behaviour.

Car wash is super slow and takes forever. Go to a quicker high volume one if you don't want to wait in line forever

Waited and hour in line for car wash. And when it was just 2 cars ahead of me the car wash stopped working and employee advised that no more car wash allowed. Waisted my 1.5 hrs for no reason.
