Great service. Received a vehicle immediately after my collision. The provided vehicle was new well featured and clean. The overall communication with the staff was great, in particular Hassan. He was quick to answer my questions and made amendments to further help my situation. Would recommend.

I would highly recommend this company … I got rear ended in North york area and I’m from chatham … so this company went beyond helping me to get me back to chatham with no stress what so ever … the service was amazing. Very polite young men and they even drove 3 hrs to come pick up the rental cause I couldn’t get it back to them on time … thank u for great customer service. It is rare these days to find a business go beyond what they have to .. greatful

This company is amazing, there was a nail in the tire on my rental and Hassan came in a pinch during the holidays when the office was closed and fixed the tire, saving me the hassle of having to go anywhere with kids at 6 pm. My second time renting with Estrada, and they come right away with a car after an accident, and if any issues with your rental. I will always recommend to anyone who needs a car with no headaches. I recently contacted Estrada Rentals, and was very hesitant as this was my first accident and I had little to no experience dealing with such things. however, I was welcomed with such calming and comforting people, Hassan to be exact, he walked me through the entire process thoroughly and took the initiative to ensure I felt satisfied. Estrada also personally delivers their cars to you, and I was very amazed by how clean and luxurious their cars are. I had the 2022 Audi Q5 for the entirety of the time I was with them, the car had come with a full tank of gas and beautifully taken care of. I highly recommend them as they put their clients before their profits.

Really nice people that run this rental company. I got into an accident and Estrada had a rental ready the next day. When my rental was due, they picked it up from my location, which was about 35 minutes north of their location, which was a really nice bonus. It saved me having to coordinate a ride home. Will recommend this company to any friends that need a rental :)

Had an accident on a Sunday evening, worst time to find a rental last minute. A friend referred me to this place so I called it, and they delivered a car rental within an half an hour. Very pleasant service, very reliable. Thank you so much for helping me that day :)
