Fie on Fit4Less’ manager, and staff members early, and often due to arrogance, and incompetence especially during amateur hour when awkward interactions make the experience very troublesome with regards to etiquette, and common courtesy. Make sure those weights are racked, and organized in advance! Don’t get lazy, and forget about it either eh.

This gym overall is ok great manager Patrick has good manners with members however I have been here 3 times in the past two months nd there no staff on duty there’s a sign saying unstaffed it’s bit frustrating when u look forward to coming here nd there’s no staff on duty so i could not tan nor use the massage bed!! Is there a problem with staff here I pay for black card membership nd feel that this is not fair!!

I have been working on this gym for almost 2 years. Today I saw a very rude lady as she works there. The machine on which we scanned our parking ticket was broken and I asked for help and she said this is none of my business. She said we do not care!!! Which is unfortunate.The second issue:the tissue was not available and she did not care at all. I uploaded it here.My advice to manager.Please respect people and hire good people to help us when we have concerns.Good luck

You get what you pay for. No water fountains, and weights under 20lb don’t have the 2.5lbs in between (e.g. 12.5, 17.5). Place is pretty clean and has most machines you’d need including benches and barbells. Pretty packed even at 9:30pmNot a huge problem but there’s no room with a mirror wall (would be good for yoga or dance practice) so I’ll probably switch to a different gym eventually

Joined a week ago and super happy with the variety of equipment to follow any workout program as well as free massage chairs that Black membership provides.Nice people and friendly staff. Overall a very positive vibe at this gym.

I go to the downtown one normally. This one doesn't have a squat rack or stair master which was disappointing. They do however just have the gym as one open area instead of the black card only areas. Which is niceOverall, it's a cheap gym

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the behavior of one of your employees, Patrick. His disrespectful demeanor and unprofessional treatment of customers are utterly unacceptable. Despite my efforts to engage with him in a respectful manner, his responses were consistently impolite and offensive.It is absolutely intolerable for an employee to make veiled threats about canceling memberships to customers. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on your establishment but also creates a hostile environment for patrons.I recently experienced an incident that exemplifies Patrick's disregard for customer service standards. While waiting patiently in line for a hydro bed, I was dismayed when his friend arrived and callously declared, "Yo buddy, I'm going to bed 1." To add insult to injury, I found myself standing at the front desk with no employees present. When Patrick eventually appeared, he chose to prioritize the needs of his friend over addressing my concerns, demonstrating a blatant lack of professionalism and respect.I insist that appropriate action be taken regarding Patrick's behavior. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, and it is the responsibility of your staff to uphold these fundamental principles. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and take measures to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.

I had been going to this location for months before canceling my membership and I can say that the gym is well maintained and although the space isnt that big and is limited, it has been used very effectively by having a lot of machines and equipment while not having any of them too cluttered up in a way that it would inconvenience anyone. The bathrooms are always clean and neat, and the staff are quite kind and polite. Especially when I called to cancel my membership, all my questions were answered and the entire process was explained to me in detail.However, the one problem that I encountered quite a few times was that I couldnt find a single staff member for a long time range (30-40 min) through out the whole place when the trash cans were full, sanitizer spray bottles or tissues were all used. I figured maybe they were busy with cleaning or restocking or other work so I went to the main desk to wait for them at the end of my workout and could hear them talking and laughing in the room behind which wasnt very professional of them.All in all, a great gym to workout at, at a convenient location right at Yonge street with easy access to TTC, and parking.

I had been a satisfied member of fit4less and had given them a 5-star review in the past. However, my recent experience has led me to change my review to 1 star. Let me explain in more detail.About a year ago, I registered for a new membership with fit4less but accidentally selected the wrong location. Recognizing my mistake, I decided to change my location to North York centre and paid the required fee for the transfer. Despite the initial hiccup, I continued my membership without any issues for almost a year.A few months back, I made the decision to upgrade my fitness routine and switch to GoodLife. Consequently, I reached out to a fit4less representative to cancel my membership properly. The representative assured me that my last day would be in mid-July, and I was charged accordingly. However, when mid-July arrived, I was shocked to find another charge on my card from fit4less.Confused and frustrated, I contacted fit4less customer service to inquire about the charge. To my dismay, I was informed that they had canceled the wrong membership, even though I had already paid the fee to transfer my membership to the correct location a year ago. This oversight by the representative resulted in additional charges that I should not have incurred.While I was disappointed with the situation, I decided to let it go, considering the affordable membership fees. I figured another $14 charge wouldn’t hurt too much. However, my frustrations escalated when I received a confirmation today that my last day with fit4less would be on August 4th, and I wouldn’t be charged after that. On the same day, I noticed a $59 charge for the annual fee.This baffled me because my membership was set to end in just four days, and it was evident that the representative’s mistake was the cause of the incorrect cancellation previously. It didn’t seem fair that I had to pay an annual fee for a membership that was about to expire. The situation left me feeling that fit4less mishandled my account, and their lack of attention to detail and responsiveness has left me disappointed and questioning their customer service.Overall, my recent experience with fit4less has been far from satisfactory, and I cannot help but reconsider my trust in their services.

If u lost your airpod pro recently by the bench near the cable pulls, I found it and left it at the staff desk behind the phone. Also, while I’m posting a review, could the air conditioning plz be turned up a little? It’s insanely hot and it gets worse during peak hours when the place is crowded.

Atmosphere is friendly, the staff is amazing especially Steven who ive dealt with from day 1 signing up. Such a great passionate guy. Loves ppl and loves his job. The gym is never packed which I like, and the showers are clean and private which is nice too. I really wish they had a swimming pool but you can't have everything right!!

That’s my 7th gym I tried. the closest gym to my place. And I took my time before giving them 5stars. It’s true the gym is not extra spacious but I do enjoy going there : hot, pretty , beautiful, sexy girls smiling laughing with friends talking with everybody there and there so friendly and enjoying their work out faces not frowned the guys are cool too. Clean not extra clean but it is ok uhh I’ll say 6.5/10 staff 7/10 when you need informations area 8/10 machines are rarely broke so that’s good even if it’s kinda busy sometimes and you wait a little. I’m going there now lol so Yh more girls more motivation and they have that lol so 5stars for this one .

You get what you pay for.Pros: cheaper rates than other gym franchises, 24/7 operation, decent locations connected by public transitCons: chronic overcrowding, extremely low changeroom capacity, no showers outside staffed hours, broken equipments take months to fix

Had a really good experience my first time there! The staff was super helpful and respectful! A gentleman named Steve gave me a detailed tour of the gym and I was sold on it immediately. The manager Patrick was also very attentive to all the gym goers. Would recommend anyone to go this gym! ??
