We actually went to return shoes we bought online, the size was smaller. The staffs were friendly, the refund process was quick and straight forward. You just had to show prove if your online purchase - receipt from your email.

This is more of a complaint to Foot Locker customer online service. I don't usually shop at Foot Locker due to the ridiculous prices and items hardly ever on sale.I decided to buy a pair of shoes and was offered a new point system account, which I activated. After seeing that my points didn't go through, I was not sure why, and I asked for help. I was told that the 30-day period had passed and that they were not able to reward me. Are you kidding me? As if I didn't purchase anything.In good faith, the points should have been rewarded to me, especially when you offered this to me. Such lousy customer service you got going there. Exactly why I never shopped there in the first place.How would anyone come back?

October 15- I went in today not knowing what I wanted in terms of comfort but had a budget. Aaron greeted my son and I right away and was very informative, patient, (I had lots of questions and wasn't sure if I would buy anything), and we went back and forth looking for the right style, (I hate box, chunky shoes!). We finally settled on a pair of AF1. While Aaron was getting my shoes, I was looking at converse and Hash came over, asked if I needed help and got me the size I needed. Tamyra checked out our belongings, (she was very friendly, helped me with a scuff on my shoes and very polite!). I couldn't help but notice the rude, demeaning woman beside be heckling Hash to return shoes that were from JULY!!!! Hash has patience! He kept a polite approach, calming tone of voice, went over the return policy about 4 times as I was standing there, and even gave her an alternative phone number to help out with her issue that she tried to blame on the AF1 leather.Aside from rude lady, I had a wonderful experience here! Everyone took the time to make sure that I found what I needed and always came back to see if I was okay, even though I said I wasn't sure about buying anything. Made my whole day chill!

A lot of sneakers I want are at this location compared to other locations but customer service is usually always lacking and their points system is crazy. They “Updated it” but I feel like it got worse. Overall would recommend other locations of Footlockers

Teee assisted me yesterday afternoon to buy some shoes. She saw me looking through to find the size and immediately offered to check the back if I didn't see it there. I bought 2 pairs. She was pleasant and helpful. Providing great customer service in a service industry is important since so many places don't provide pleasant customer service unless, they are for sure you are going to buy an item. Thank you Teee.

The staff at this Footlocker are absolutely amazing. They are very dedicated, hardworking and have great customer service skills. I was looking for a pair of Nike joggers and they helped me get the pants. I was very happy that they were able to get me the pants. They were very friendly. They are very welcoming. The store was neat and tidy. They all worked very well as a team, they were also very helpful to the other customers. I am very happy with my shopping experience at this Footlocker location. I’ll definitely share my positive experience with my friends and family. Teee was very helpful, she was absolutely sweet, amazing and helped me a lot and was very understanding. Thank you Teee and the other staff members. Thank you Footlocker.

Came in at 7:30pm on a Saturday and asked for Jordans in my size. Noticed the pair I got had glue stains everywhere and the leather didn’t match so I told the guy who was helping me about it. He acted like it was his fault the shoes were a bad pair and all I’m asking is if he could grab me another one. If I’m paying 265 bucks for Jordans, it should be understandable that I’m going to make sure I get the pair I want. If he’s going to “make it known to all his coworkers what I’m telling him then I might aswell go somewhere else.

I really dissapointed with the dark color lady working there. She seems to be racist against our race. The tone of her was so embarrasssing us. We cannot stood there long because of line. We did not argues. But i really request FootLocker Brand to have inquiry of this incident(21-03-2023, 5pm). I do not think this brand doesnt care about our reviews. Please make an inquiry for that dark color lady specially on counter. We will be highly obligated to you. Thank you.

I was looking for a pair of Jordan's, and I searched the store I came across an extremely polite, and helpful employee AJ. He quickly gave me the shoes that I was looking for, and assured me if I needed any help he would be there. Fantastic Employee.

Probably the only good footlocker in Toronto. The staff are nice especially the associate that helped me, Jordan. He fetched my shoes swiftly, great gift for my son!

It's a very busy store. There is never enough stock so it's best to just go online. However the staff is very friendly and helpful.
