I wanted to share my experience here at GoodLife. At a large gym, it is hard to find good customer service as everyone is so busy. It was my first time at this location and wow customer service was on point. I had some questions around the amenities, membership and general facilities and Malbora took her time to answer all my inquiries. Thank you Malbora and the team for everything.

One month ago, I started exercising with Nesta as my trainer.
Not having exercised for a long time, I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know Nesta, I knew that he was the perfect coach for me.
Nesta is very professional. He is also very kind, patient and understanding.
His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this program.
After one short month I am extremely pleased with my progress and I feel assured that with his continued training and encouragement, that I will continue getting good results and attain my goal.Nesta is the best. I highly recommend this amazing trainer ?

I like this location has the steam room! I have been working out for years. I started my training with Joe and he is very knowledgeable and patient, highly recommended. This is a follow up!I reached my goal within 4 months and I feel great. Lost about 10 lb and my body fat reduced from 27% to 21%.

Absolutely love this gym! Facilities are perfect for what I require. Personal training with Jay has been more than excellent. It’s been such a great experience and I have seen so many positive changes in a short period. I also absolutely love Odessa’s hot yoga class. She’s a great teacher and practitioner of yoga to the core.

Cons:My experience with MILAD K (PT) was extremely disappointing. Not only did I fail to see any tangible results, but the trainer’s lack of knowledge was evident throughout our sessions. Their unprofessional and rude behavior made the entire process unpleasant. It’s disheartening to invest time and money into a service that falls short on every aspect. I strongly advise against choosing this trainer, as his incompetence and disrespectful demeanor create a wholly unsatisfactory training environment. My experience with the personal trainer manager BABAK (Bobby) was unpleasant . Initially, he assured me guest access, but once the contract was signed, his demeanor took a negative. I strongly advise future clients to exercise caution when finalizing contracts with him—insist on written documentation for any verbal commitments. Potential clients, take note: ensure everything discussed is clearly stated if he makes any verbal commitments. The gym’s ventilation is subpar, impacting the overall experience. While equipment is adequate, the lack of proper ventilation diminishes satisfaction. Improvement in this aspect is crucial for a more comfortable and enjoyable workout environment.Pros:Despite the other personal trainer my personal training experience with NESTA has been exceptional. Every session with my trainer has been enjoyable, filled with creative and effective workouts. His dedication to pushing me towards my goals is evident, and he genuinely cares about his clients’ progress. I wholeheartedly recommend his services. He’s a gem in the gym, bringing both expertise and a positive, motivating energy. With his guidance, Grateful to have found such a committed and skilled trainer! The divisional fitness manager at GoodLife headquarter (ADAM S) has been a game-changer. I received incredible support from headquarter that gym management couldn’t provide. It’s refreshing to find individuals genuinely caring about customers’ happiness. Kudos to GoodLife for having dedicated professionals who prioritize customer satisfaction.

Spread across 3 floors and has n number of thread mills and cardio equipments.Parking space is limited and is convenient.Gym is maintained well and clean. Pretty decent crowd all the time and hits peak at the evening. Pool is also maintained well. One of the best centre in Toronto i feel.

Regrettably, my recent experience at Good Life Gym, specifically at this location, has left me deeply disappointed. I visited the gym with the intention of selecting a personal trainer to help me achieve my fitness goals. However, during this process, I encountered issues related to privacy and misrepresentation.A staff member initially introduced himself as the manager, but it later became apparent that he was the assistant manager. He also fabricated a false narrative about me and shared it with other members of Good Life. Babak, the assistant manager of Good Life ( personal training part ), who took it upon himself to call other members and share the imaginary story he had created in their minds about me. These actions have caused me significant distress. These actions have not only disregarded my privacy but have also made my experience very challenging. To the point where I am considering canceling my personal training sessions. It is my belief that Good Life should take this matter seriously and address it promptly to ensure a positive experience for all its members.I recommend implementing improved transparency and security measures, such as camera and voice recording systems, to prevent such situations from arising in the future. It is crucial that members' rights and privacy be respected.I hope that Good Life takes the necessary actions to rectify this situation, as it has the potential for legal consequences. This experience has been far from satisfactory, and I trust that the gym will address these issues to maintain its reputation

I started my fitness journey with GoodLife gym back in Jan'23 and I must say I got my greatest motivation to stick to the routine and continue from one of the instructors - Mojgan, who became my greatest role model. Her classes are hardest and she spends lots of time and attention to participants to correct them technically. I would have never tried those high intensity classes on my own :)))If you are a member and haven't tried her classes, I highly recommend it. Just do not give up!

An alright go-to gym.Every area except group fitness (and maybe hot yoga + m&b studio, i haven’t been there) feels pretty cramped. Underground parking is convenient. It gets busy from 5-8pm on weekdays. I’d recommend avoiding this range or going on weekends.Shoutout to my trainer Nesta, he was a great motivator while I had the money. I still go to the gym thanks to him.

The atmosphere in goodlife is welcoming and filled with positive energy. What truly set this gym apart for me was my PT, Shahrooz. One thing that stands out about Shahrooz is his dedication to each client individually. He takes the time to understand your goals and limitations and crafts a perfect plan for each client. His support goes beyond the gym floor, offering encouragement and guidance where you need it. I’ve achieved goals in an amount of time I never thought possible and I’ve had a blast doing it!

He listens to my needs and works my routine accordingly.Everyone there so far that I have met or dealt with are nice and the facility as a whole is great. I feel like a part of the family there.Thank you for making my home away from home great.

The facilities are good and convenient. 3 hours free underground parking at the Madison Centre is great. Staff are also very niceThe men's change room can be cleaner though and the steam room is also fairly dirty especially on weekends with people leaving towels and empty bottles in there. I think the staff do the best they can, it's more on the members

They have a lot of facilities and a 24/7 pool, but the place is hard to navigate. The pool's a bit dinky but it's nice that they have oneAlso, their equipment is on the newer and cleaner side compared to other GoodLifes. The change rooms are actually nice too.

I am a member of Goodlife since 2012. I participated in many BODYATTACK and HITT classes with different instructors, but I have not seen anyone like NIMA in Yonge & Finch club. His class is very productive. He motivates participants to work out hard in a fun way. He is one of the best instructors I have seen. if you want to improve your cardio or lose weight, participate in his classes. We need more instructors like NIMA in Goodlife.

I love coming to this gym because it's right next to my building. It's convenient. I hate the layout, though. I understand this was probably not originally a gym but if only everything could just be in one big wide open area like some of the other Goodlifes in the area. Hopefully those fall renovations address this. The showers are pretty gross and there are little flies everywhere. The steam room can only be activated by pouring water on the element which is inconvenient. The staff are generally nice at the front desk but they are often on their phones. I've noticed more enthusiasm from front desks at other locations.I feel like some areas of the gym are a waste of space like the Hot Yoga room and the meditation room. You could be doing so much more with those areas. The gym could use more up to date equipment. There are machines it is lacking. Those areas could be put to use in so many different ways. Also, when are the boxing bags coming back?
