a new female staff (only 1 month old) helped my mom at 10am and was beyond pleased with her service, knowledge, professionalism. lacking 1 star due to no free parking (perhaps I'm not aware of any? ?)

Existing branches are closing down, service hours cut down to Monday to Frday from 10am to 4pm. Always closed on Government holidays..The balance resets @ 9am...This was supposed to be specialty service to Koreans and have no plan of expending to Canadian market for sure. The service level has changed from the past and I know I might be the 1 person not satisfied but time to switch to Canadian banks..

Great option to go to if you want to transfer money between Canada and Korea, I am personally satisfied with the service, the lady I talked to on the phone and Associate Kil Soon Cho was very knowledgable and helpful with how to transfer the money to Korea

Granted there's not much reason to use this particular bank (Hana Bank Canada) unless you're from elsewhere and not Canada, I have a KEB Hana Bank account from abroad and they helped facilitate my banking needs relatively seamlessly between the two banks in two different countries. Their 1Q Banking app is pretty good though they don't have many benefits to opening an account with them otherwise for me personally. The first teller I talked to helped me a great deal (seemed like the branch manager maybe). The next teller I talked to a few days later wasn't that great. Overall, I'm still satisfied with this bank and I think it's a decent branch. Have had worse experiences with other Canadian banks tbh.

Good service. I was told to open a bank account to wire money overseas (standard practice) but didn't have time. Still good service though
