I love the store beautiful modern furniture all different departments gathered in one big store which is so smart and makes your shopping experience so much easier.the only problem is their shipping it takes so long but the quality worth it.And the lady who always helps me her name is Sharon she so nice and helpful.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at MUST Mississauga! Shaqynna was the best, most personable designer who helped me find furniture that would work for my timeline and budget. I hadn’t had a couch for months (!) and she was patient with me as I stressed about delivery. I just got my couch assembled today, so I can’t speak for the wear and tear of the product, but I am SO happy! ?️ ?✨

Ordered a marble table which was delivered unassembled. At no point in the sales process or delivery appointment set up did anyone inform me that this would be the case. If I had known that I would have paid to have it assembled. Really poor communication and service.

In 2023, I ordered a queen size bed frame. After, a short delay, 2 men came to install it. When they were finished putting it together, I took a look at the finished product. I focused on the upholstery, looking for rips and pulls, happy that there were none.After the men left, I made the bed and noticed that there was a lot of extra space on either side of my standard queen size mattress. See pictures…When I ordered the bed at the store, it was covered with a big duvet, so it was impossible to see the gaps.After many phone calls and visits to the store, I was told by Hina, the salesperson, and by Mary, one of the managers, that they would not give me a refund and I could buy something else in the store. There were no other beds that I liked. That went on for another few weeks.Their final solution was to buy a duvet to hide the gap. I hate sleeping with a duvet, and refuse to purchase an extra thick one to solve the deficiency with their product.I am very unsatisfied with their solution to the problem. They quite obviously do not care if you are happy with your purchase or not. I was a repeat customer until this, but their poor solution to a design flaw will make me spend my money elsewhere.

Just had bedroom furniture delivered from Home Société. Our experience from showroom, custom made dresser and night tables, eta updates and delivery were all professional and courteous. Good service from start to finish.

I am in love with my 6ft plant and rug. Initially I was doubtful about its authenticity and not wanting to pay too much.However, Sherece's exceptional customer service reassured me that people would not be able to tell the difference and provided options that fit my budget.She was not lying,visitors consistently mistake it for a real plant and are genuinely surprised when they learn otherwise. Truly the best investment I've made in home decor.

Love the sofa! The price was good too especially with the sale.There was a bit of mishap, unfortunately wasn’t the sale fault. More of the incorrect label.Ask for Lizette Perez when you are there. She is so good! We wanted the Ferrari from the Mason Corbeil. That was a custom piece that we would have to wait for 6 months. She was able to track it down and make it happen. Despite it was wrong coordination. She was very prompt in correct the problem.She saves our Christmas ?!

Heard few of the workers talking about me loud enough where I can hear it, decent furniture, low class people. Other stores are better and more inviting
