Thanks to Humberview Mobility and their amazing and speedy service, I was able to drive my newly bought car home from the dealership within days of purchasing it. Of course, none of this would have been possible without Leslie, who truly went above and beyond to make the modifications my car needed happen. The Humberview Mobility team and customer service are exceptional and I highly recommend them!

Humberview Mobility is by far hands down THE BEST ?Lets be honest having a physical disability can be pretty challenging on the best of days, but Humbeview eases all of those physical barriers (by being completely barrier free, with their entrance and washrooms, everything is on one floor). I have used them twice now to install hand controls in 2 vehicles. Their customer service is a STELLAR five star too, Leslie is such a pleasure and so easy to communicate with. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door as they greet you with their smiling faces, they are quick to make sure you are getting everything need and are taken care of. They are very thorough in making sure you understand how everything works. The wait time from install to finish is super fast. I thank you from the bottom of my heart Humberview family for giving this girl the chance to drive again and so quickly too ?

This review is long overdue. I can't express enough how much I love my Toyota Sienna XLE side entry power conversion van that I bought in 2019 from Humberview. It has profoundly changed my life, and my daugther's life. I met the most wonderful Leslie at the Accessibility Expo back in early 2019. I was gathering info of potential vans. Leslie has a lovely disposition, and a tremendous knowledge of not only her products and options, but also what other companies are offering and what the pluses and minuses are of each them. While I did visit other companies and look at their product offerings, I never felt like they cared like Leslie did. Leslie stays current on what is going on in the world of accessible vehicles. She is not sales-y at all and is truly there to look after you and your family's needs. This is the way she was from the day I met her at the Expo, and this continues to be her disposition years later when I stop by Humberview. While the various companies do vary on their conversions, which is a very personal choice, what really sealed the deal for me was the support I would receive once I owned the van and needed help. The van has had a couple of glitches over the 4 years I've had it (any vehicle that is modified can as I've had friends who are mechanics have told me) but what were glitches remained as such, and nothing more, and part of the reason is the outstanding team they have at Humberview. Marie at the office was always prompt to handle any issues with a part that was warrantied, and the technicians there are top notch. They are always able to get me in quickly to ensure prompt resolution of anything that is going on with the van. Ed, one of the technicians, has always offered up excellent suggestions to help me keep my van in top shape. The entire team, from the sales team to the technicians, really care. Not only are they knowledgable, but they have your back and want not only for your van to be operational and meet your needs, but to keep your family safe and happy. I will never buy another van from any other company but Humberview, not only because of the quality of their product, but because of the support one receives after they drive their new van off the lot. They have given me ease and peace of mind as a mother, and that, is priceless.

I would like to express my gratitude to Brian and his team for their honesty and helpfulness during my last visit.My scooter lift was not working. Technician diagnosed my problem was weather related and therefore no further repairs/action was necessary. HONESTY is a big plus for you.I was not charged for this and offered to buy him coffee but he refused to accept.Receptionist was helpful and polite and so were Brian and his Technician.

I recently picked up my new accessible vehicle from Humberview Mobility! Dan Sharples was my sales consultant and he was tremendously helpful in providing advice and helping us navigate through the entire process from start to finish. I cannot thank him enough!!With the ongoing global chip shortage, it was difficult to find the vehicle I wanted and I didn’t want to settle for just whatever was available. On top of that we had to ensure the vehicle we purchased prior to sending it off to BraunAbility conformed to their requirements for modification as well. Despite these challenges, Dan was always available to answer any of our questions or concerns. Our previous vehicle was modified at one of Humberview’s competitors in the area but we didn’t receive the same level of customer service hence why we ended up going ahead with the process via Humberview instead. Once we finally got our hands on a minivan, they also made the drop off and pick up process for modification really convenient as well by providing my family and I shuttle service.I highly recommend these guys if you’re in the market for an accessible vehicle whether you choose to purchase an already converted vehicle or bring something to them like we did I’m sure they will take care of you!! Hopefully, I won’t need a new vehicle for a long time but when I do I know where to go!

I cannot say enough positive about Humberview Mobility with Ryan in Toronto and Dwayne in Sudbury. They both went far above and beyond assisting me to compare available accessible vehicles and point out the pros and cons of each vehicle. With Sudbury being far closer for me, Dwayne arranged to have the three different vehicles I was interested in to be in Sudbury for inspection. This saved me considerable time and effort traveling to Toronto instead. Being a WSIB client I am forced to deal with WSIB's preferred provider who is another Braunability dealer. That dealer denied that I could even purchase a Braunability Traverse in Canada, much less supply one. Humberview had them in stock and spent a lot of their own time and effort in assisting me obtain a Braunability Traverse of their own stock through another Braunability dealer for which they received little to no compensation. Their sole concern was the quickest way to assist me to obtain the accessible vehicle that I required for my quality of life. Everyone who I dealt with at Humberview were fantastic, knowledgeable people who went out of their way to do anything to assist with obtaining the most suitable accessible vehicle for my needs. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend Humberview Mobility to anyone.

Purchasing an accessible vehicle is so important and a big choice and we had endless support with a myriad of questions and needs through the entire journey. We now have our new vehicle and it has changed our life! Highly recommend the team at Humberview.
