Over the years, I have never had a problem with Jiffy, including when I closed my unit. Something came up recently and I was at the office today where Diana helped me. She was wonderful! She is patient and really believes in customer service. She was very helpful in sorting out my difficulties. I have met her on other occasions and she has always been totally professional and calm and a real problem solver. Kudos to Diana!

I had a great experience with Diane. She gave me an excellent rate for a workshop unit great space in the hallways the doors are wide and they also . Extreamly helpful Well I was moving in truly a great facility. Five star service I recommend them to anybody.

I had the pleasure of meeting Diana. I had an emergency on a long weekend and she came out of her way and met up with me at 8:30 pm. Very professional, showed me around and her service and friendliness is a five star!!

I am very impressed with the level of service at jiffy storage at Wilson Avenue, i called made a appointment with Dianna for 5:PMgot stuck on the highway didn't get there until almost six i kept calling because the van was full of stuff i wanted a place to store them and all she was saying don't tell me you coming and then don't show up got there she wasn't upset are anything all she said was i am happy you make itsafe i am amazed she is one of the most wonderful person i give her a score 10 out of 10 very good.

I had an excellent experience with Jiffy Storage. I called them late at night with an emergency and Diana was able to help me and make all the necessary accommodations. She met me at the storage unit after closing hours and provided me with a storage unit to my exact specifications. Every interaction I've had with Diana, and Jiffy employees, has been positive and friendly. The Jiffy location at Wilson ave. is safe and secure and always makes moving items efficient and easy. On a day filled with stress, I needed a storage unit in a pinch and Diana was able to accommodate despite it being the late hours of the evening. Diana was helpful and pleasant and helped end a very stressful day on a positive note! I would definitely recommend Jiffy Storage to others, because not only are the employees kind and helpful, but the prices are also very affordable.
