I have had the worst experience here, not just once but more than four times. The cashier lady is always rude to me, and her behavior feels discriminatory. She looks at me as if I have done something wrong, even when I haven’t. This repeated treatment makes me feel very uncomfortable and upset, and it has affected my overall experience at this place.

The homeless that hangs out at the front door keep harassing me when I walk by. Every time I want to go into the store, he makes the situation worse by making me feel unsafe going in there. I notice people refuse to go in and the place is empty because of his presence

The LCBO store with the worst service I've ever been to. A female cashier didn't care about the shopping basket I placed right in front of her. Only after I took out every single bottle of alcohol and handed them to her was she willing to do her job.

Convenient location with a great selection of wines and a well-stocked cooler section. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making shopping here a pleasant experience.

I’ve been a loyal, repeat customer at this location for years (Billy Bishop), and I’ve never had an issue until recently. One of the male employees was emotionally reactive, unstable, and extremely hostile. From the moment we walked in, he was confrontational and aggressive for no reason. He escalated the situation over something minor, yelled at us loudly in front of other customers, and created a tense and unprofessional environment.
No customer deserves to be treated that way- especially someone who’s supported this location for years. If this is how he handles small misunderstandings, he should not be in a customer-facing role.

I had a very disappointing experience at the LCBo store. One of the cashiers — an older woman with glasses — was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was speaking to customers in a loud, harsh tone and treated people with no respect. At one point, she even shouted at us to switch lines, which was completely unnecessary. Her overall attitude was aggressive and unfriendly, and it made the shopping experience very uncomfortable. Definitely not the kind of customer service you expect or deserve
