I visit this location quite often. I was in about a week ago inquiring about a wine "Prisoner Unshackled" (red cab), which was not in stock or offered by any LCBO stores. I had the pleasure of dealing with George, who assisted me throughout my inquiry. He spent a good 20 minutes with me, he even went as far as looking up your systems to see if anyone LCBO locations carried it. He even went as far as letting me know to contact the Agent directly, which I did and was able to get my wine. Wow, what amazing service! Thank you George!

really appreciate the staff at this lawrence and don mill location which offers ample parking. Karen was most knowledgeable in assisting me selecting the proper bottle of champagne within my budget. she even gift wrapped it for me! i was totally impressed by her personal attention to detail and timely help offered to me. the store is well stocked and clean with professional staff. highly recommend.
