Partner has been using this place to send money to the Philippines for years with no problems. Fee is $20 per transaction (plus an extra $2 per $1000 of cash sent). Maximum per transaction is $4500 and $9000 max can be sent every 30 days.

I've been sending money into this location for more than 5years already. Excahnge rates are competitive. I never had problem sending money. The owner and some staff also give a great help.
