Please don’t buy LG products. Very cheap and customer service is very poor. They don’t listen at all. Our washer is damaging our clothes. When we call for the repair, they scheduled a repair. The technician who came doesn’t even have knowledge how to fix it.altogether they have very poor service and they don’t look at customer complaints or concerns. We regret that we spend so much money in these laundry pairs. Please don’t go for LG.

Purchased an LG top load washer at the end of August 2023. From the very beginning this washer was terrible. Laundry came out the way it went in, only wet and not clean.Made a call to Canadian appliance right away to see if I could return it. they would not accept the return. I have been dealing with LG to see if they can take it back and I would re purchase a front load LG which I previously owned and worked great till it didn't. After months of emails and them sending out a repair service rep.,their way of resolving this for me is to "manage my loads" They want me to put very few clothes in and add extra water to the washer. We are now going back to using the washing machines of 40 Years ago. So much for the HE label on this washer.There is nothing efficient or environmentally friendly with this washer! Already I have noticed a $100 dollar increase on my water bill over 3 month as well as a$20 increase on my electric bill monthly. I am so disgusted with this washer. DO NOT purchase LG and especially this model of washer WT7155CW . LG has lost my business on future purchases.

Suppose I am permitted to give them a zero. I bought an LG fridge at Sears Yorkdale in 2012 around that time. It was not cheap, and I loved it. However, I came home in August 2018 to find it dead. An LG tech came over and said the compressor was gone. They prorated me and did not undercut me admittedly. I had an excellent experience, and I bought a new LG fridge at Home Depot on Sept 1/2028. Just this last December 21 /2023, I packed my lunch for work only to hear it start rattling- I was inspecting the drawers, etc. and found nothing wrong. I went to work and came home 12 hours later. The LG fridge was dead.The first one was six years old with a ten-year warranty on the compressor. This one is five years old, and the compressor is less in terms of warranty. I booked an LG third-party tech to come and see it. A level-headed friend of mine said to forget it. $400.00 non-refundable if he shows up; they charge to tell you your fridge compressor is **dead. You know better. Plus, it would help to have a fridge asap in light of the Christmas. I was upset because I had Christmas plans. I cancelled the tech services call three days later, for they had no immediate services available until December 23, 2023. I went to HOME DEPOT and told them never again LG fridge. I bought a new fridge from a reputable appliance company. It is nice and does what I need to do. Home Depot took pity on me, for I purchased the LG second fridge there.I got an extended warranty for a total of 6 years overall. Moving forward, LG has compressor fridge issues. GOOGLE BBB and see the complaints about their faulty compressors. It has been over a month, and they say it takes 6- 8 weeks to remove the charges from my Visa. I told them that I would open a dispute with Visa if it took two more weeks- 6 weeks in total. It took them minutes to debit my credit card and 6-8 weeks to issue my refund. What if they have no money in their accounts? I don't get it. In the end, all I can say is RUN! They have excellently designed fridges, with all the bells, but for customer service, and worse, your fridge will DIE in its 5th year due to their defected compressor issues. Buyer beware!

do not buy an LG product, problem with my television that we bought 8 months ago. We contact LG customer service who refers us to the repair located in Montreal. We are from Mirabel, 50km from the repairer. We went there for the repair. 1 week later he contacted us to collect our television. after installation, no change the TV is still defective. the repairer asked us a second time to return the device to Montreal. I contacted LG customer service again to tell them about the unresolved problem and we asked them to simply replace it. no empathy on their part. and they don't want to replace him. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY DEVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. AFTER-SALES SERVICE UNDER MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY ***EXECRATABLE***

AVOID LG - LOUSY Customer Service & Products Fail In Less Than 1 Year! Purchased a fridge from LG - fridge failed while still under warranty. After giving it a "cannot be repaired" status by LG, I've been "chasing" LG customer service for over 3 weeks to get the promised refund/store credit. The LG Customer service is LAZY - they ask the customer to get in touch and do all the work. Customer Service is VERY incompetent & extremely lazy. They play phone tag, don't put anything down on email and what should have been resolved in a few minutes, has been stretched over for over 3 weeks! They are a NIGHTMARE to deal with! I can't advise you enough to refrain from any LG products - if it fails, you're in BIG trouble as LG will simply refuse to help you! You will spend MANY hours talking with them over the phone but NOTHING gets done!!

Hello,I find the return policy for LG products purchased through this website to be a very poor business practice. I purchased a washer and dryer from LG's website. They arrived and were installed fine. They both were quite shaky and louder than I expected. I wanted to return the products, and upgrade to higher quality machines that I was planning to purchase from the LG website. LG stated they were going to charge me a restocking fee. Even when I'm looking to return their products in new condition, and spend even MORE money on higher end products, they still charged me the restocking fee. I find this to be such a poor business practice and cannot wrap my head around this. I'm very disappointed. I have heard good things about LG products, but I won't be purchasing any more after this event.Rob Hembroff

I bought extended warranty from Best buy, the display was not performing they way it should. They sent a technician and he had the part , replaced it in 30 minutes thanks!

To my loyal readers, Allen from LG customer service should not be a customer service representative for this big company. He told my mom who's a senior to move an LG washing machine herself and hung up the phone on her. It's hard to reach a live representative as a machine voice asks questions. They sent me a link that is hard to use. If you try to send an email to a manager the system does not advise you that it was submitted successfully. I am doing this negative review and feel that LG Electronics Canada deserves no star for the unprofessional manner Allen represented LG today.I hope that someone responds to my review so that this can be discussed more privately. Seniors need to be careful not to be taking advantage on by bad customer service representative. This is why my mom reached out to me for support even if I live 5 hours away.An unsatisfied customer on the 4th day of the New Year.

Safety in the yard is poor. The way they drive their cars it won’t be long before there’s an accident. Slow loading also.

Customer Service is absolutely horrible. They have zero credibility. Warranty is a fraud. It doesn't exist. We had a problem with our LG Washer, which moved 1 meter forward with violent shaking. They said it was normal and refused to do anything. Unbelievable. Their product is not safe at all. Imagine, 1 meter movement forward and its considered normal. Everything is customers fault, even when government issues them recalls. Check google reviews, you will see all 1 out of 5 ratings. So so bad.

I brought Lg refrigerator that less than a year old and having issues on compressor fan which makes vibrating noise. I called customer service, thankfully it’s still under warranty so I didn’t have to pay anything from my pocket. They scheduled a technician had a great experience with him( Dhruv Patel). He was spot on and ordered new parts as needed and fix the issue in a next visit. Thanks for great service.

This is the last time that I buy LG appliances. I purchased an LG dishwasher in December 2018, and I am now having issues because sometimes it doesn’t start. I called the customer service line, and they offered a flat rate of $320 (with taxes) that was charged right away to my card, but the best part is that the technician is to come on November 10th, that is IN A week. I called the customer service line and spent 40 min with them trying to get an appointment for an EARLIER DAY, they told me they would send somebody today Monday or tomorrow to at the end of the call it was agreed that a confirmation was expected via email today. Today, I called to follow up because no email was received and was advised that nobody was available to come today or tomorrow and that the charge was a p charge! I’m sick and tired of this type of customer service where every time you call you are provided with contradictory information. I complained and asked for a supervisor but the supervisor was apparently on the phone. Lack of respect and for the charge then they are ready to charge your card without rendering the service! Sick and tired and NEVER WILL BUY LG APPLIANCES!

The worst company I have ever dealt with, their products are made extremely poorly. I bought a refrigerator and a dishwasher, both broke down under warranty and every year since. After 5 years, we have replaced the dishwasher and are about to buy a new refrigerator. Their customer service is horrible. They really don't care about their customers. Stay away from their products. They may have been good in the past but NOT anymore.
