They offer an excellent selection of work-related safety and casual shoes and clothes at very reasonable prices. The staff are exceptionally polite and always ready to assist.

Terrible service there was only one girl at the counter who was helpful in finding what I needed, while there were a bunch of employees appearing to be on their phones and talking to one another in the back area that were of no help at all when I needed assistance.

Awesome service today helping me find a box of shoes that were not easy to retrieve with all of the staff including front desk very friendly and helpful. There's a reason I always make this one of my go to stores even though a chain.

I was looking for a pair of safety shoes and Dylan was amazing!!!! He is patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to see that I found the best shoes for me. Great customer service Dylan. You're amazing!!!!!

Went into this store to buy 2 pairs of pants that online says they have. One pair they had the other they tell me they don’t have even though it’s showing they do. I asked if another store has them they looked others do. Then me waste my time going there and then not having them asked if she could call her response was there is only 2 of us so it will be a while there is only one other customer in the store that needed help. if you are already dealing with me why do the other customers come before me not very good customer service if other people come before the customer you are dealing with. So because they only had the one pair in the colour I wanted I decided to purchase those as it’s better than nothing. I pay for them with cash because he didn’t want to open the toonie roll he decided to give me 9 dollars worth of loonies. How lazy can you get it. I would NEVER shop at this location again. If I could I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star.

I bought shoes before, they told me they had a warranty, even though the shoes got water and I didn't prove it, they rejected us, they were very rude, their manner of talking to customers is very bad, especially the female employee whose name is (pat) was very bad, she literally scolded us, I will never buy shoes from Marks again, I do not recommend it to anyone, the authorities I want him to intervene in this. I saw that not only me but also other friends of mine experienced this. I will never come here again.

Didn't have what I was going there for. Staff was not very helpful when I asked for where the item I went looking for was. Not likely to go back. And you wonder why retailers are losing out to people buying out online.

They have a manager named Jocylin at this location, who refused to exchange boots that had clearly factory defect, purchased a month ago. I had the receipt and the box. Another location exchanged them with no problem. Terrible manager. Mark's need to do better than that.
