I needed a power supply replaced in my desktop. Tao gave me excellent advice on getting a replacement from the manufacturer, and expertly and quickly replaced the component and arranged the cables. Tao's expert knowledge saved me from alot of trouble I would otherwise have had, as other repair shops were not nearly as responsive.

My stepmother's computer broke, and I needed a new one, but we didn't have a lot of money. I came to this store and these folks helped me out so friendly, helpful, within my budget. I was very satisfied.
