The team at Mazda of Toronto truly goes above and beyond to make me feel valued and appreciated. What I love most is their dedication to making my experience as smooth as possible. No matter how busy they are, they always find a way to fit me in and address any concerns I have with my vehicle(quite often, as I work in a construction site). It's this personalized attention to detail that keeps me coming back time and time again.Service team work quickly and efficiently, and they are fair. Like, really fair. I never feel like they're trying to upsell me on unnecessary services or overcharge me for the work they do. It's honest, transparent pricing that I can trust. Thank you Bill!Dealership team (especially Asaf and Rana) always works with magic numbers to help me close a deal within my limited budget. Because of that, the Dealership team have earned my loyalty and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I recently leased a car and had an excellent experience. The staff mainly Chirag Thapar was incredibly sweet and provided detailed explanations about every aspect of the vehicle. Their friendliness made the process enjoyable, and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy/lease a car.

The team at Mazda of Toronto never fails to disappoint. This is my fifth car that I’ve gotten from them now and the level of professionalism is always top-tier. I can always expect that I will be treated like a VIP when I am at Mazda of Toronto, and the sales staff there always show an exemplary knowledge of the product they are delivering. There’s an administration fee of $600 that cannot be waivedI’ve had a great experience with this dealership, the lady that assisted me throughout the purchase was nice and helpful. The pre-owned car I bought was nice, I waited for about a week or two after owning the car with both city and long distance highway driving - no problem so far.The only issue I’ve is as suggested on the first line, when I called asking for the car, I was advised that there will be no hidden charges. Jokes on me when I did my test drive and everything they said this admin fee is mandatory and cannot be waived. So be prepared to pay $600 plus tax out of your pocket.

It was a warm, cloudy day on the 401. When suddenly, my trusty Nissan Sentra from 2006 passed away. I lived to tell the tale thankfully, but sadly, she did not. It was time to move on. I had lots of criteria that my new vehicle needed to have. I was losing hope and thought I might have to settle. I decided I’d spend one more day soul searching. After walking out of yet another dealership, my stepdad said “let’s hit up Mazda!” We tried our luck and walked in. I was then paired with my car salesman, Saurabh. Saurabh walks up and greets us, immediately offering us a drink which set the right tone. I told him my criteria, and he went over some options. It was then he paused and said “wait here.” He emerged with my Mazda 3, and she was perfect. She met all my criteria, and at a reasonable price. I walked away with the perfect car and Saurabh took care of everything, making the process stress free and easy. I got so lucky, and I could not have asked for a better salesman. Great dealership.

Lack of Customer Service and Warranty Support:I purchased my CX30 GS, from this dealership approximately 10 months ago. From the initial day of ownership, I observed hesitations in the vehicle's performance and noticeable jerking from the transmission, particularly at lower speeds. Despite multiple returns and test drives with sales associates who acknowledged the issue, the service department declined to address it, insisting that the car was functioning perfectly. In one instance, a service staff member even told me via phone conversation that why I chose Mazda and I should consider an alternative automotive brand !!Each time I operate this vehicle, I feel disappointment and frustrated regarding its performance.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. I worked with Dave who is very honest, down to earth and on the ball which I appreciated. Got a great deal on a used car and they fixed the dents and a crack on the bumper. Without asking, they even replaced the brakes and wheels, which would have passed the safety inspection as is but weren’t in the best condition. Dave took the time to help put my wheel locks on and gave me a tutorial on how to use all the car’s features. 10/10 would recommended working with him and this dealership!

Recently leased the 2024 CX-50 from here. The overall experience at this dealership was great, special thanks to Cary. He was very detailed, flexible and delicate to his clients! This dealership offered absolute unbeatable price comparing to some of the other Mazda dealerships in GTA as well. Will definitely come back to service!

We recently bought a Mazda CX 5 from Mazda North York on lease. We were assisted by Mr. Saurabh Kanda who guided through the whole procedure of getting this car. I guess not many of us share good experiences, so let me be one of a few.Mazda of Toronto. These guys always go above and beyond to deliver great service!Dropping my cx-90for maintenance and arranging a driver to drop me off at home and picking up once it’s ready.Service of a squeaky suspension was provided. No permanent fix, but it’s coming once Mazda will figure out it some time soon.Asaf is my sales person leaves always good impression. And service guys have never let me feel ripped off.Have a good day everybody!
