“The sales rep Ekta was very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in helping to completely fix a major problem that allowed me to keep my number and receive the best available plan options. I highly recommend this location inside Yonge Sheppard Centre.While I was signing up for a new activation the previous day, a different sales rep at the Agincourt Scarborough store somehow managed to install a different customer's sim card in my phone, did not return my old sim card nor inform me to keep it and ended up losing it. This caused my phone to be registered with the wrong number.”

“i dont know what everyones going on about. its a phone case store that just sells accessories. youre the one responsible for doing research on the specific brand to see the reviews. for example i got a silicone case from there about 2 years ago and i did my research before hand and i used that case for my iPhone 6 until i got the XR, and I will be going back to see if theirs anything im interested in. the screen protectors are also amazing. i have a tempered glass one for my ipad and phone , only 1 crack and i've had it for about a year. my parents both have a screen protector from there as well and we're happy with it, they will apply it swell for no extra cost. I 100% rec commend.”

“I went in looking for a deal and was frustrated with the Telus and Koodo website functionality. Started explaining my situation to a manager (Todd?) and then was helped by Sumeet. They are professional, super friendly, and have lots of patience to deal with my questions. They listened to my issues and concerns and went above and beyond and assisted in setting up all my new phone accounts exactly as I wanted.I've had some bad service experiences with phone service providers (both on the phone and in person), so this was a really great experience.”

“Everyone at Samsung Yorkdale was great. I traveled quite a bit to this location because this is my "Samsung Home" branch. This is the best location and I always encourage my friends and family to visit this store if they plan on changing to android.
