“I purchased a LG gas range / oven and matching frig freezer in May 2023, in October 2025 the oven would shut down and display an F9 error code. I wasn't able to cook Christmas dinner due to the issue and was very disappointed to have issue so early. Gas ranges typically last 20 years or longer. Anyway Sheila, the representative from LG saved the day and arranged to have a complementary service call to resolve the issue. Amazing!”
