After many visits and calls between the Telus store in Vaughan Mills and Koodo Mobile, I desperately attempted to resolve the original phone problem here in the Yorkdale Koodo store. It was my lucky day to be served by Zoran here. He listened carefully to what I needed, and methodically approached my problem with a knowledegable thoroughness that was impressive. Called Al and he made sure to verify my repair had the screen and setup up a repair appointment and had the phone back to me in an hour. Alyssa is the associate who served me and she was the most kind, personable and knowledgeable person I ever dealt with in all my years as a Telus customer. She did not try to upsell me but rather identified the issue I suspected. My charging cable was not working properly and was slightly damaged. I proceeded to buy a new one.
