THE VILLAGE BY THE GRANGE, 275 Dundas St W STORE NO.5, Toronto ON M5T 3J9
“Both me and my partner went to this place for tech services. I went for computer deep cleaning and my partner did for a tech issue. I’d recommend this place for good efficiency and service quality. I was able to get my device the same day I delivered. My partner’s device got some system files to be repaired so it took 2 days, which could have taken her 2-4 weeks by Best Buy or the brand of the device. So generally, it’s a good place if you encounter urgent tech issues and you don’t have much time to wait for slow progress by some big brands. Plus, the guy in the shop answered phone calls fast. He deserves a five-star.”

“I'm really happy with the level of service provided here - I brought in two extremely old Apple devices that I needed help with, and they took the time to actually inspect, diagnose & provide the help I needed. Compared to Apple who quite literally said 'I don't know' to me on the phone when I asked what they could do lolol. They were also very kind, and non judgemental which I appreciated a lot. I will come back here in the future because of this!”

Was time efficient, communicated clearly, sought out the best pricing for me without being asked, called telus customer service to transfer a phone account over rather than send me to call in myself, set up my new phone and transferred over all my files. I left a happy customer. Well done Kazi.”
