Henry Huynh has been incredibly helpful in setting up my terminal! He responded very quickly with troubleshooting some issues for me and got things sorted out. My terminal for cancelled after some issues with the risk protection company (fiser) and it was a huge headache in trying to get in contact with them. Henry went above and beyond in helping me and contacting risk protection for me and for my terminal up and running again in no time. Would definitely requesting for Henry if trying to set up an account!

First off, Nancy has been an awesome salesperson. Very helpful and professional and always pleasant to speak with. I have decided to have monex credit card readers installed at 3 locations. 1 is up and running and 2 scheduled for installation. My situation is a little unique and they have worked with me and the installers through everything. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is a couple hiccups in the installation process.
