"I recently purchased two jackets from Moose Knuckles, and the experience left me utterly disappointed. At the time of purchase, I wasn't informed about their stringent return policy. The Asian lady who assisted us mentioned that the tag shouldn't be detached from the zipper, but she assured us that returns and refunds were accepted. Fast forward less than 14 days, and the jacket caused a skin problem for me. When I tried to return them, customer service claimed we had detached the tag (which we hadn't) and denied the refund. My hard-earned $3000 went down the drain. Beware!"

**False Promises**> "Moose Knuckles, shame on you! Your lack of transparency is appalling. When I bought those jackets, no one mentioned the fine print about returns. The Asian lady's vague advice about the tag was misleading. But when the jackets caused skin irritation, suddenly you're not 'men of your word.' Customer service's excuse? We detached the tag (which we didn't). My trust in your brand is shattered, and my $3000 investment is now useless."

Stay away of them!!!I recently embarked on a shopping adventure with Moose Knuckles, hoping to find the perfect winter coat. Alas, my journey took an unexpected turn into the realm of disappointment.Upon receiving my purchase, I realized it was not quite what I had envisioned. The fit was off, and the color tone start turning to gray from black day after days . Armed with the knowledge that Moose Knuckles had a 30-day refund policy, I confidently reached out to their customer service.But oh, the saga that unfolded! Moose Knuckles, it seems, has a different interpretation of "30 days." They swiftly denied my refund request, leaving me out in the cold—both literally and metaphorically.Their response? supervisor folded jacket cuffs and tell me there are worn signs and i was shocked after just 10 days.I swear god i couldn't realize anything he mentioned about and he was lying front of my eyes .So here I am, wrapped in my ill-fitting coat, pondering life's mysteries. Is honesty merely a suggestion? Does the space-time continuum bend to Moose Knuckles' whims? Perhaps they've discovered a parallel universe where refunds are mythical creatures.In conclusion, dear reader, beware the siren call of Moose Knuckles. Their jackets may shield you from frostbite, but their customer service will chill your soul.

Love this location! The customer service is great here. Came here looking for a new winter coat but wasn’t ready to make a purchase that day. Yvonne helped me find a style I saw online and recommended a few others that I might like. She was so helpful and kind throughout the entire experience and never once pushy. Would be happy to shop here again!

I spoke with a gentleman named Samuel about men’s down parkas. He was very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. If you ever go to the store ask for Samuel he will take care of you!

My experience shopping here was great. I came here wanting to buy a good jacket, and I knew I'd be spending quite a bit of money, so I wanted to make a right decision. Sophia helped me try five or six different jackets, and she was incredibly patient and helpful. In the end, I got a jacket I absolutely love (Ballistic Bomber). I wish service was this nice at other stores. Great experience!

Bought a Parka here and since I was in my (construction) work clothes staff thought I am window shopping so they didn't attend to me, after I bought the Parka I noticed there's similar style with black fur so drove all the way from Brantford to exchange it after 4 days of purchasing it and not worn. Staff and security was not accommodating to only exchange it and I explained my situation and the distance I traveled to do the exchange but they refused and ignored my request. Worst experience after spending $1700 and felt insulted. I told my experience to two friends willing to buy and they were surprised that such big brand can have an inferior customer service. I will now return it and not even exchange it. Impolite and rookies working there.

I bought 3 jackets from moose knuckles for my family,but unfortunately one jacket size was not perfect so when i went to store for the return one jacket ,adviser called ShannonD refused my return,she said you guys removed the tag and attached it again that’s against the policy ,even the tag is good, nothing wrong with the jacket and also with in 30 days return policy. I spent lots of money but at the end getting this type of useless services with a big brand that’s worst and adviser call shannon is very very disgraceful,rude and helpless,she forced me to take the exchange.Very disappointed ?I learned a lot today with this worst experience ,don’t go with a brand which don’t care about customer service.

Their online website is a joke, the customer service agents speaks like they own the company, my order got cancelled because my billing address was different on my credit card? Really? The website shouldn’t take the order if the mailing address and billing address is not matching, not only it went through but it also deducted the full payment and waiting for 4 days and then my order got cancelled without any email or notifications.I wouldn’t mind to put the billing address if would have came with a bolded message. Moose knuckles really need to work on their customer service and website operations.I would choose to go to Canada Goose now!Thank you very much.

This is about the recent experience I had with a store manager ( Shannon) at one of moose knuckles retail locations. I attempted to return an item, but the manager refused to process the return. Additionally, the manager's demeanour was unprofessional, which compounded my dissatisfaction with the service.she literally walked away from me while i was talking to her!!!!The item in question was within the return policy timeframe, yet the manager dismissed my request because the tag was removed of the jacket but their salesperson did not say anything about keeping it on the jacket is necessary for the return, most retail stores don’t have that policy .This not only goes against the expected customer service standards but also reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.I think its not all about money and making profit in business, sometimes you have to listen to your customers and try your best to make them satisfied specially when you see its not the customers fault!!!!!it is about your staff not being trained properly.So disappointing,
