“Please learn from my mistake and call Paul 90 days before your bank mortgage renewal. My wife and I discovered that much had changed at our bank since our last renewal. Our dedicated bank contact had retired, and we were shuffled between three different inexperienced employees. There was no appreciation for our customer loyalty even after we reminded them we have had our business with them since we were teenagers. They didn't honour rates they quoted and provided confusing and inaccurate information. In stark contrast, Paul provided us with immediate and clear answers to our questions via email along with quick quotes for all the scenarios we requested. His rates were equal to or better than our banks. Regrettably I left the application too close to our renewal date and we would have sat in a 10% open mortgage until we were able to switch. Paul was not pushy in any way through this process. We have every intention of calling 90 days before our next renewal, we are almost looking forward to it. Dave McAllister, Brantford, Ontario”
