Called ahead to check if they carried a size 14 as many stores will not stock above size 13, was told to come to the store to check the shelves myself

200 - 300% markup on everything that I looked at in this store! Either the rent there is too high or just plainly trying to take advantage of people. You're better off shopping at the Yorkdale mall.

I was looking for a very specific pair of shoes, and couldn't find them anywhere in my size except for here on their online store. Unfortunately, there were some technical issues trying to place my order, so I emailed them asking if there was a way I could purchase these shoes if they were still in stock. Panny responded promptly and with good news; they were in stock in my size! I was sent an invoice, and they were shipped on the next business day. Two days later, I got exactly what I was looking for after weeks of searching! I was prepared to give up on getting these shoes, and My Pairs (and Panny) saved the day. I am immensely grateful for their timely and helpful service.
