I am very disappointed with the refund policy of your company. My wife was buying clothing for her sister as a gift, wished to return the items for a refund within 5 hours after purchase and was denied. Furthermore, the sales rep failed to to disclose the refund policy at time of purchase. This is very good example of bad customer service and lack of compassion, I strongly discourage anyone shopping around for a gift to buy from this store, I will certainly not buy anything from them again.
